I bought a Brio Sport top of the range massage chair from Restmore but it was anything but restful! It kept breaking down and at first the company did try to rectify the faults. By the time of the fourth breakdown I quite reasonably asked them to take the chair away, to be put right and refurbed in their own workshop. I asked for a partial refund. To my dismay they blanked me!!! Ms Diane Hughes, the CEO of Restmore, instructed her staff not to reply to any of my emails. I had been polite and reasonable and didn’t deserve such callous treatment which I found very stressful over several months. The chair was big and heavy and so I was in no position to move it or dispose of it, so it just sat there, inert, taking up a lot of space. I wrote to the parent company in America but they didn’t bother with any reply either. Don’t buy from Brio Sport in the USA buy Japanese or German technology instead. Definitely don’t buy anything from Ms Diane Hughes. When a third party mediator became involved she claimed that Restmore had gone into liquidation to avoid taking any financial responsibility. Such a person should not be a CEO.
