Liron possesses exceptional knowledge…

Liron possesses exceptional knowledge and effectively communicated the significance of breathing, muscle groups, and essential fundamentals to maximize each session. After just a week, I already have a better understanding of my body and notice improvements. I'm committed to maintaining this progress.

A fantastic teacher!

I started classes with Liron after two major back operations which left me in constant pain. Liron has changed my life! As a result of the classes I have done with her, I am now, at the age of 56, stronger and fitter than I ever have been in my life, pain-free and with a love of exercise that I never had before. She is an excellent teacher, inspiring, patient and with such an extensive knowledge of the body and how it works. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic program even for those like me who used to hate exercise!

While I don't often like exercising, I love Liron's classes, they energise me and motivate me.
Liron is very knowledgeable and she shares all that information to give a more context on how to perform things properly and how to treat our body so even during the online classes I feel I understand the different poses.
While I'm definitely not advance on my exercise, I find the classes very supportive with guidance to all levels from beginners to intermediates and Liron is very supportive that each will have their own pace (which is not often the case...)
Highly recommend it even to people like myself who always hated exercise

Best best programme I’ve attended in my life

I have been using Liron’s online programme for over a year now and have been attending her online classes for months. She is by far the most experienced, knowledgeable, talented teacher I have worked with. Every class has clever new moves, routines and ways to strengthen muscles I didn’t know exist. Life made easy as a mum of 3 and busy job by the fact that I get the recordings if I miss a session! I actually look forward to every session as I know I will feel better for days after. My body has changed within weeks and is definitely stronger and fitter. I’m lighter on my feet, no aches and pains from long hours of working at my desk and I hate her a little less with every exercise I master! Couldn’t recommend enough

This has been truly transformational

This has been truly transformational! I came to Liron's classes via the taster week which I did not complete, bought access to the pilates library which I did not do and finally to the live online classes which I actually did (and still do).
I started in May and pretty much unable to even hold a basic hands and knees position- my wrists were too sore, my knees were too sore, it was all too difficult. I kept going, week after week. I messaged Liron for help and advice and she always replied so quickly with tips and such supportive words.
I'm 6 months in now and able to support my own body weight in a plank position (for a short while) and can roll up to sitting from lying on my back without having to grab furniture on the way! My colleagues and family have started to comment that I am looking slimmer and more toned. I feel stronger both physically and mentally. My aches and pains are reduced so that I take fewer painkillers.
I only did the class once per week but have now started following the recording so that I can feel more ready for the next session.
I'm so so glad I paid attention to that Facebook advert back in lockdown. I recommend Liron's classes to everyone. I am overweight but getting leaner. I was completely unfit and I'm getting stronger. There's still plenty in the classes that I struggle with but now I know I will eventually be able to achieve it, even if I need to use the modifications that Liron explains to us.
I wish I'd known about this all sooner but at least I'm on the journey now.

Liron is an excellent teacher

Liron is an excellent teacher. She can convey the importance of training intelligently and moving your body in all directions. She has taught me a lot about correct posture and is always available for questions. Any specific physical challenges are addressed individually, even though her classes are well attended

Great program

The ‘lecture’ part is so informative and has helped me tremendously. She is very clear in teaching and during the exercise portions. I’ve really enjoyed these lessons.

Great Pilate taster week

I have just completed the Pilates taster week with Liron. I really enjoyed the classes, Liron is a great teacher, she explains everything clearly before demonstrating the exercises in a way that is easy to follow and shows you how you might be doing the exercises incorrectly. Thank you Liron

Incredible Pilates classes

I have been doing the free Pilates taster week and the sessions I have done have been truly excellent. Liron is a fantastic teacher, providing very clear instructions and her tutorials are incredibly informative. I am a fitness instructor myself (not Pilates) and pride myself on providing effective and safe classes and I see this in Liron. She is passionate and knowledgeable. I am now seriously thinking of signing up for her online classes as this is something I would really like to keep up. If you want good Pilates classes with loads of extras - look no further!

Inspiring!

Concise, and clear instruction with each tutorial, which ensures one does it correctly! enjoyed learning about the layers of muscles and the importance of them to achieve fitness instead of repetitive exercises!

Restart with restart!

Knowledgeable

Liron is very knowledgeable and explained breathing( very important) muscle groups and all the basic things needed to get the most out of each session. Definitely feel I know more how
my body works and feel improvement after a week. Will do my best to keep it up
