Very late arrival on masks
Took literally 2months from order date to receive my masks.
So I couldn’t use my machine for treatment until they arrived.
Bloody terrible

AirMini is lightweight BUT HumidX causes allergic reactions
Whilst AirMini is lightweight and easy to carry, the HumidX tablets triggered an extreme allergy reaction with constant sneezing, sinus irritation and puffy weeping eyes. Two weeks of antihistamine and I have to stop using AirMini for the next 5 weeks whilst overseas. Disappointed and feel there should be some upfront discussion about the possible severe side effects.

Money pit
Under absolutely no circumstances buy a ResMed machine. They are faulty and have ongoing issues. It’s a well documented that the AirSense 10 water chamber leaks because of of a seal problem when the plate heats up - water goes into the device and it stops working. A new one costs up to $100. As well, hoses and masks have a short lifespan too, with the latter costing up to $200. See online and YouTube for how many people have done their dough on this inferior product. As a retiree, the ongoing costs have doubled the $1300 I paid for the unit.

Great service 'iffy' product durability.
Your packaging and prompt delivery were great.
However the F10 full head gear strap tends to stretch over time, eventually making it virtually useless (1.5 - 2 years). Also the velcro strip on the cheek band became 'unstuck' through the night despite being completely lint free. I had to sew the strap in place!
I would have hoped the strap would have lasted longer for the price!

The machine is very good but the mask is wanting, first, the straps stretch requiring regular adjustment, second the velcro is not strong enough and will release when one turns, third as the straps need to be tight the webbing at the back of one's neck needs to be a bit wider to make the system more comfortable.
