what a weird company
no issues with the actual service but it's a completely unnecessary service that essentially allows landlords to make you choose between an absurdly high refundable deposit which becomes impractical or a lower, non-refundable deposit. making money off grifting renters.

Con of a company
For over 3 months this company has absolutely pestered and lied. They allow landlords to put down any charges what they like and then don’t tell you about disputing it then after this they say you have to pay a disputing cost. They are a proper con system when you go to leave some were. Make sure you don’t ever sign up with this company or you will regret it. They leave you in debt and with total lies of landlords. Money making scam. They take random amounts out of your bank too without telling you

Where an agreement can't be reached, disputes can be referred to an independent adjudicator. As outlined in the terms accepted when signing up, a £60 adjudication fee applies for this service and is refunded if the adjudicator reduces the claim.
