Unreliable and misleading market report – avoid this company
We purchased a market report on the valve industry in Chile. The first version underestimated the market size. After we pointed this out, the company delivered a “revised” version only two days later, simply multiplying the numbers by three — exactly the figure we had mentioned in our email. This shows there was no serious research or validation.
They claimed the reports were based on professional interviews, import data, and manufacturer information, but provided no verifiable evidence. Both versions contradicted each other, proving the reports are unreliable and not professionally prepared.
When we requested a refund, they refused, hiding behind “policy” instead of acknowledging the clear misrepresentation.
This company delivers misleading and unprofessional reports, and does not take responsibility. We strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them.
