Top customer service
I booked for my beginner son and returner self to be fitted with suitable clubs. The consultant was very attentive to our needs and made us feel comfortable in the store. We came out with a good selection of clubs appropriate to our needs and budget. I will be bringing my other son to the store to find a driver later in the season.

Always a pleasure buy from replay, good value and customer service. Product did not work out this time, but returned within the 14 day period no issues.

Refused to honour the marked sticker discount
Sticker stated 15% off marked price. Marked price stated £349. Once the club was scanned the price of £349 came up and they stated the wrong sticker was on the club and would not honour the discount against the marked sticker. I drove for 1hr to visit the store. Not happy and ruined the experience.
