I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Rentola.
I signed up for what appeared to be a trial while searching for rental listings. I cancelled the subscription shortly after because the service was not useful for me. Months later, I discovered that I had continued to be charged.
When I contacted customer support, they refused to investigate properly and simply repeated their terms and conditions, saying there was no record of my cancellation and that I should have noticed the charges sooner.
This is extremely frustrating because customers cannot reasonably be expected to keep screenshots as proof of cancellation. If a cancellation fails or is not recorded properly in their system, the customer has no way of knowing until charges appear.
Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the company dismissed the issue and refused any refund.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very careful before signing up and to closely monitor their bank statements if they do.
Very disappointing customer service.

This site is an absolute scam! They only link to other websites and charged me a yearly subscription despite the fact that I cancelled the trial in time. And when I complained, they did not react and instead went to the debt collector.

IF there was a zero rating, I'd give this company that. A total scam website, they get you to subscribe using the 1 euro offer without saying anything else, and suddenly one random day you are charged 39 euros which they refused to refund giving stupid reasons. Every other company, much larger, have refunded money when such things happen. However, it seems like the business model of rentola is making money by scamming people with the 1 euro offer. I think the same person, Abhinav, is the CEO, developer (website sucks!), as well as the customer support rep. Absolutely time waste piece of crap.

It's a scam. I subscribed for a trial period only of 1 Euro that is good for 7 days from October 10 to October 17. I checked my profile and checked my membership account, there is no option to cancel this. I contacted my bank and said to try contacting Rentola. But Rentola does not have contact details. Now, I cannot login to my Rentola account. Please do not try this site. It's definitely a SCAM.
