Comfortable apartment, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub - for me preferred, balcony where you can sit and drink coffee. A dish dryer would be useful. Steep stairs, ascending and descending, require caution.

Let me summarize what they do. You check in and there is no visible damage. You check out and all of a sudden you see that there is a charge on your credit card. Well the renters.pl figure out how to make additional money for themselves by blaming the guests for the damages. Absolutely out of the blue they charged me 4,050PLN for scratch across the Plazma TV. I would have to be an idiot or take a key and deliberately scratch the TV. It does not make any sense to me why would i do it. I am not the only victim of such malice. Read others people complains and it will be pretty clear to you that this is not an honest company and they should be put OUT OF THE BUSINESS
09/10/2021 - I have a picture - evidence of the TV proving there is no damage during my stay and before i checked out and there was no inspection in my presence. Therefore, its not clear who did the damage. I can only assume one of their staff because i have a picture showing no damage. But as everyone can see renters.pl is very defensive and do not want to admit that they are at fault here.
09/10/2024: I emailed renters.pl multiple times even sent the picture and all I get is the same defense: regulation.
Well your regulation does not say what happens if there is evidence that shows the TV is not damaged.

Also, I provided screenshots of the internet speed test each time I contacted customer service. Also, the apartment you offered us to move to had no balcony. Well, it seems I’m not the only one caught in this scam. 3 days after check out I was informed of supposed damage that I caused during a recent stay in Sopot. A cracked toilet seat and a broken vacuum that wasn’t even used during our stay. I hope this will be the last person they scam.

My sofa got destroyed and they refused to repair without any kind of compensation.
This company attitude is very bad and cold.
I strongly suggest all bnb owner don’t work with them unless u wanna get a destroyed flat and have very limited money,less than 50% which they said the beginning.
If others have similar story feel free to send me I will collect all and send to my lawyer

This might be the worst decision which u can make in ur life.
Before signing contract, they will show u the bright future of how much u can make and guarantee of furnitures. In real, u might get less than 50% money which they calculated and the damage of furniture they won’t inform u in the first place. Even when u find out, u want ask for compensation. They claimed it’s nature of use, but it’s obviously not.
They r not honest, and when u wanna break the contract, they change their attitude immediately. By the way, their employees are extremely unprofessional.

i booked an apartment in Łódź. After our stay I received request from Renters to pay them 650 zł for dirty towels and sheets. They sent me only 4 pictures where I could see only 3 towels. They requested 650 zł from me to pay for 6 towels and 2 sheets, they gave me payment due date - only two days. Threatening me that they will take me to court if I do not pay this in time.
I requested more pictures showing all of these towels and sheets and they didn't have them. I requested quote or bills for those towels, to know how did they calculate this amount of 650 zł. They didn't provide this either.
It's a true scam and fraud. They try to use their clients to pay them way more money than just for booking. Be careful. I will never book and apartment form them.

If I could, I would give zero stars. Tried six times with three different cards to book apartments from them, both from their site and from famous platforms. The payment got declined every single time. When I mailed them to ask what the problem is, they simply answered that they had no idea. Spend your precious time looking for apartments anywhere else but from them.

During our stay, we encountered several issues with Renters. Firstly, there was no internet when we arrived, which was a major problem. After reporting the issue that same evening, we were informed that someone from maintenance would come to fix it the next day. However, when the maintenance person arrived, they were unable to do anything because he had no skills and knowledge about this, also he had no access to the building infrastructure to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. He assured us that someone with proper skills will be contacting us the next day which never happened. No one contacted us on Monday neither on Tuesday nor on Wednesday. We were without the internet the whole stay. When we contacted Renters again last Friday, they informed us that the maintenance person had reported he fixed the internet.
Additionally, we did not receive the check-in instructions ahead of time. I received a link with no accompanying instructions. It was quite frustrating trying to explain this to them, as they insisted that I had received the instructions. Finally, they realized their mistake and sent me a new link with instructions several minutes after the check-in time.
Furthermore, there was a foul smell in the apartment due to the vents not working properly in the old building, which Renters know about, but simply do not care.
Lastly, we found dog hair on the sofa bed, which we had to vacuum ourselves. Of course, the vacuum was dirty and created a cloud of dust. And again Renters know about this but simply do not care.
We reported all these issues to Renters, but they declined to acknowledge them, stating that we failed to report them within 24 hours. We did report the problem with the internet, but they did not take any action.
Despite multiple calls, we were not able to reach any positive outcome from the bad situation Renters created in the first place.

I would never suggest anyone use rentals pl for renting property. They are scammers. They blamed me that I stole a hair dryer from the apartment and charged my credit card for stolen equipment. After I found out my card was charged for nothing I found a way how to contact them and tell them that I did not take it.
I proposed to look better in the apartment and eventually, they found it.
The did a refund but it took like 4 days to get my money back. On top, the currency exchange rate changed and I got less money.
The bottom line is they blamed me for stealing and returned less money than they charged.
Never ever i will use rental.pl!

The apt I rented on Garbary in Poznan was below any standards when it comes to smell. Smell of old cigarettes, very unpleasant, penetrates clothes, can't be aired. Later on, I discovered mold in the kitchen.
I came to Poznan for business, had a super-busy stressful schedule and I made a huuuuge mistake of trusting Renters... 1adult+1child were supposed to join me later. But I ended up cancelling their stay, I also left 1 night easier to meet them in another city, and informed Renters about my earlier check out due to this apt not being what was promised.
I contacted Renters about the smell as soon as I entered the appt. 2h sitting in a cold (heating & WiFi not working) with suitcase still closed, waiting for them to send a "technician", who was pretty rude. His solution - he removed an old air refreshment from the toilet and said now, after I open the window, it will be resolved. Of course, not true, just a way to dismiss the problem, but having some action taken "on paper".
When I ask for compensation, they say it does not smell. Then they say the smell is the "part of the charm of the building" (not true - the staircase smell was impeccable). When I pointed out the mold, the company could not care less - NO RESPONSE, just that "they maintain their position of no compensation".
The company believes rules only apply in their favor. They do not care if the appt is below most basic standards or has misleading description. They only have rights (to keep my money) no obligations to provide a decent service in their eyes.
To sum up:
1) Unacceptable smell
2) Mold in the kitchen
3) Wrong WiFi instructions received, the "technician" shows attitude as if it was my fault he has to give me the correct credentials
4) Water heater was off, none cared to turn it on or inform the visitor why there is no heating or warm water
5) Heater leaking
Avoid.

There was a misunderstanding over the extra day I booked halfway my stay. To be honest they sent me a text afterwards asking me if I wanted to book extra but I thought that for even more additional days so ignored it. The thing was they told me on my spammail account the payment didn't succeed. I never read that though and a call was to troublesome to make apparently. So had to go to a hotel for one day. Worst thing though is they just block you from the chat and phone to clarify the extra confusion caused. Behaving like wronged children.
Edit on reply... Just be more clear would help. Secondly don't tell people you can charge cards when you can't. Thirdly don't block people from comms (the telephone connection refused to connect which indicates an activated block). Try answer what what is asked for in the chat. I still don't know what 55 PLN:2 PLN means after having asked three times. Let me assume 57. Something I get charged for but goes unspecified. I assume it is the extra cleaners visit.
