I had a a great experience with Rent A Sauna, very grateful for the service, efficient service from the get go.. Installation guys were so professional, fast with no hassles at all. I would highly recommend Rent A Sauna. They are fair priced for a great product. Too many over priced saunas flooding the market, so your homework.

Absolutely love our Infared Sauna and is amazing quality. Was a smooth process to get it all set up and delivered as well.

This whole experience has honestly been exhausting and disappointing, and I truly regret choosing this company. I have paid over $4,000 for a sauna that is nowhere near worth that amount. The quality is extremely underwhelming, the sauna itself isn’t properly sealed when closed, so cold air comes through around the door. It feels cheaply made, and the display was installed incorrectly (though I never followed up on fixing this until now so no fault to Nook here). The contract process, in my experience, felt incredibly predatory. There is a minimum $999 buyout fee, and I was never clearly informed when I exceeded that amount. I ended up paying a significantly inflated price without transparency or proper communication. The customer service was the most frustrating part. There was little to no communication, my calls went unanswered & it felt like I was constantly chasing them and playing phone tag. I felt that unless you aggressively follow up, you’re left in the dark while invoices continue to arrive & the responses were always they can’t offer me anything bc of the contract. I now fully own the sauna and honestly, it’s been the biggest relief knowing I never have to deal with this again. This has been an expensive lesson & I hope anyone considering signing a contract with Nook Saunas takes the time to read reviews and understand exactly what theyre agreeing to

Our sauna got installed on Wednesday. we love the sauna and especially how hot it gets so you don't need to spend an hour in there to get the benefits. We were sweating from been in there after about 2 minutes and it only takes about 30minutes to heat up. So safe to say we love it so far ☺️ I can put in my favourite podcast with the Bluetooth.

We honestly use our Nook 2 Person Sauna every single day now. It’s become part of our post-workout ritual — train, sauna, reset. It heats up quickly, fits us both comfortably, and is the perfect way to unwind and recover.
Hands down one of the best things we’ve added to our home routine. Couldn’t imagine not having it now 🔥

Very happy with the sauna and even more happier with the process of getting it here and the 2 lads set it up really quick and were great to deal with, we got the single person sauna and it works a treat and we use it up to 5 days per week. Would highly recommend

Everything from enquiry to receiving the Sauna was so easy and for someone that has very little time between managing a company and five kids I need easy and fast . The Sauna it's self is the perfect size and easy to use and now I don't have to leave my home to attend the Sauna.

Everything about the process of renting a sauna was easy - from the inquiry right through to the installation I had regular updates, friendly team members and awesome customer service. The sauna is amazing, our whole family loves it and the fact that you can rent one before committing to buying one is so helpful! If you’re on the fence - do it!! You won’t regret it!

Cannot recommend enough , from first contact to delivery Nook Saunas has been amazing and so easy to deal with. There communication and delivery is excellent all set up for you in about 45 minutes. Our whole family are using the sauna and we all love it, the convenience of having at home is great.
