I’m posting an update on a previous review. Apparently the problem with my booking was down to the policy of the scooter rental shop, not RentalMotorbike. There have been attempts to solve the issue but I’m not completely satisfied with this experience. What kind of a bike shop refuses to refund my money when I cancel the next day? And two months before the pickup date. I hope RentalMotorbike will not do business with that shop(OK Mobility) again

Trustworthy way to rent a good motorbike!
Everything went like Rentalmotorbike wrote me. The scooter was in perfect condition and very economical: 43 km/l.
At the shop the people were very friendly. I got a clear explanation about the procedure and about the scooter. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the price. That was higher than for renting a car last time.

Dangerous & horrible customer service
My partner and I rented two BMW G 310 Rs for our holiday in Spain. We received an email in advance that one was not available, and we could pay for a 750 as a upgrade. The second 310 was confirmed. On arrival at the Larios rental (local collection office) they had 3 of the 310 S’s outside but I was informed they did not have any available for me as communications had broken down between them and rentalmotorbike.com. They they tried to rent me a massive 1250 touring bike, which I could not even touch the ground for more money. The helmets offered when we decided to ride the 750 together, were quite simply shocking: some had had clearly been involved in an accident, all had been dropped (which the employee did while we were there from the top rack) some had holes in them and visors so scratched it was difficult to see through. rentalmotorbike.com has no weekend customer service so nothing could be done as we were collecting them Saturday morning.
The final straw was that the back tyre blew out on Sunday, just after we had gotten off the highway where we had been doing 120 km/hr. On close inspection the tyre looked to have damage down the center. Finally, there was no out of hours cover via the WhatsApp service so we had to limp home at 10pkh and wait recovery in the morning thankfully we had not broken down on the freeway as we’d have been left there.
Horrible experience all around with a near death experience. I would give negative stars if possible.

We are pleased to greet you, on weekends we do not attend calls, we only manage last minute reservations for the same weekend 😔.
As we have already explained it was a system error that is sometimes difficult to control because many reservations per day, so we assume the error and has already been refunded the bike that have not received.
The courtesy helmets are normal helmets, there is quite a variety and whenever a physical defect of the shell or visor is not to the customer's liking, it is exchanged for another. These defects are normal in the motorcycle routes (they are put on the ground, in bags, they can also fall but they do not lose security) and they are still something aesthetic. They are changed regularly, but because of a scratch they cannot be changed at every rental, otherwise they could not be complementary.
The puncture that the tire has suffered is something normal that can sometimes occur on the road by a blow against the curb or something similar, but a motorcycle with a tire damage can not leave the office to the highway.
As for roadside assistance, they always have a 24h emergency number. According to Larios, you have been notified them when you were already in your apartment.
We apologize for our part, and for having caused you so much inconvenience 🙏.

Bear in mind rentalmotorbike is just a web broker, all the actual rental companies are different and you may get very different experiences. We rented from Marrakesh, Morocco. A one man operation working from his own garage. Cash only. Bikes were old (60-90,000kms) with a list of damage. Mine had no lights, indicators or horn. We paid down route to repair damage and paid again on return. Just knew I wouldn’t get all that deposit back again. There are much better rental companies in Marrakesh with superior bikes.

We are an online rental platform that helps local rental companies to have viability and manage bookings, we work with more than 2000 bases around the world 🗺.
A 60-90000km rental bike doesn't mean it's old, it just means it has more km on it, also enduro bikes take a lot of punishment and it is normal for them to look old. The repairs you have paid for the damage you have caused to the bikes when you have fallen off.
You have fallen with the bike and have broken: 1 clutch lever on the left + the 2 plastics of the tank on the right and left + the plastic chain cover of the rear wheel. And the rear box support + broken rear box. Only 230€ has been charged and the deference has been returned. In addition, a mechanic has been sent to the hotel to repair the top box.
We do our best to make sure that our guests are happy and have a pleasant journey, however there are always setbacks that are beyond our control.

Exceptional motorcycle experience
I was reluctant to rent a motorcycle internationally, but in the end I was not disappointed. They delivered the select motorcycle (BMW GS1250), not an alternative, to the airport (Vienna) in a very timely manner. It only had 3,000 km on it; basically brand new. The drop off process was just as easy. I would use Rentalmotorbike and Hertz again with zero hesitation or concern due to their great customer service and quality rental equipment. I will be riding through the rest of Europe using Rentalmotorbike and Hertz. Tony
