I have emailed for weeks rentalmotorbikes and the rental company in Morocco and left numerous voicemails as per the tel no. on the website to a booking query . No answers back which is very concerning as we have not even started our rental. I am considering cancelling booking if the 3 bikes as the customer service is bad now never mind being in Africa.

The bike was in good working order but…
The bike was in good working order but the helmet was a piece of crap. It came apart mid-trip and had to be re-assembled on the side of the road. Luckily 2 motorcycle cops came by and had some tools for me to put the helmet back together.

Good rental at fair prices
Rented a GS 1200 for on-and offroad travel in the Karoo. Good bike with toolset and pumps for the tyres. Also a toolset was given. Only thing that could be better was the clutch that was not completely well adjusted. Could start engine only in N, not in any gear with clutch handle fully depressed. Owner indicated that that would be fixed before next rental.

Porto was Epic
It was awesome! There were five of us, and we kept stopping to grab some wine, eat like total champs, and take in the views. The bikes were legit and ran perfectly without a single problem. The service and tips they gave us were spot-on.

Everything went wrong.
I booked a bike in Brisbane and they always told me that everything is fine and in process.
On the day I want to pick up the bike they cancelled it via E-mail.
No one called me or offered me other Options.
They are just a agency so look for a rentalcompany straight.
Answer to the reply from Rentalmotorbike:
1. No one spoke or texted me about a change to sydney or informed me about limited availability
2. You cancelled it on the day I where in Brisbane --> Australia +10 h to spain as I also told your collegue on the phone the day before I tried to picked up the bike.
3. Because I stand in Brisbane on the street without a bike I answered to your cancelation-email and asked about alternativ options (Sydney, Melbourne) where I never get any answer.

Our agent suggested changing your pick-up and drop-off location to Sydney, where motorcycles were available at the time. However, you preferred to continue the search in Brisbane, even after being informed that availability was very limited due to the high season in Australia.
Despite our best efforts to find a solution until the last moment, we couldn’t secure a motorcycle in Brisbane and closed your case the day before your booking. On the day of your intended reservation, you requested a last-minute change to Sydney, but unfortunately, by then, no motorcycles were available due to high demand. Remember: It was your responsibility to manage and anticipate any schedule differences, not only on our platform but on all rental platforms.
We truly regret the inconvenience this situation may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Extremely disappointed – false advertising and poor customer service
I recently booked through Rentalmotorbike.com and had a terrible experience. The booking I received was riddled with discrepancies that did not match the terms I agreed to.
Key issues:
Bike model: I booked a Mash Five Hundred 400 (or a similar custom bike) but was instead assigned a Brixton Crossfire 500—a completely different style (café racer), unsuitable for me due to back issues.
Rental shop location: I requested a bike in Gracia, but the voucher directed me to a shop in L’Eixample, far from where I needed it.
Mileage limitation: My booking clearly stated unlimited mileage, but the voucher had a 300 km limit, which is unacceptable and not what I paid for.
Despite contacting customer service multiple times to address these discrepancies, I received no resolution. In fact, they confirmed that these changes were made unilaterally without consulting me, leaving me no choice but to cancel the booking directly with the rental shop.
I have requested a full refund as this was a clear breach of the agreement, but I’ve received no response—even after following up.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects poor customer service and misleading practices. I would advise others to avoid Rentalmotorbike.com and look for more reliable alternatives.

Allow us to clarify our protocol, as we believe we offered the best option available at all times:
- Motorbike Change: The Brixton Crossfire 500 is superior to the Mash Five Hundred 400. Our website clearly indicates that motorbikes may be substituted with similar models. In this case, a better-quality motorbike was offered at the same price. It can also be driven with a straight back so it should not be a problem.
- Location Change: The Gràcia and Eixample neighborhoods are adjacent areas. Unfortunately, there was no motorbike of similar characteristics available at the initial location, and this was the closest alternative within the city.
- Mileage Change: For a 125cc motorbike intended for urban use, 300km in city conditions is practically equivalent to unlimited mileage.
We have refunded your reservation and offered a commercial discount for future bookings.

Scammed me
I booked a Scooter through rentalmotorbike.com in Barcelona. After I paid, I did not receive any email or corrospondance telling me where to pick up the bike. I tried sending them a message but they didnt reply, even after 8 days. When I rang them, they claimed I had inputted my email address wrongly by 1 letter, hence why I did not recieve the email. I don’t buy this explanation because I am sure typed it correctly. They used this as an excuse to not provide the service I purchased. Why don't they have a 'confirm your email' process like every other website to to avoid ‘lost’ payments. While they may well be fulfilling some orders, I believe they are using this technique to get away with keeping the money without providing the service. Don’t trust them.

Although it's uncommon, during peak seasons and with short notice (less than 24 hours), the chances of this happening may increase slightly due to factors like accidents, late returns, and other unforeseen circumstances.
You initiated a reservation process, but it was not confirmed on our end. Eventually, our shop communicated a lack of availability. You never received a confirmation email, haven't you? It appears that some assumptions were made about the process.

I will never use RentalMotorbike.com again
The reservation process went well, but my choice of machine was not available. The emailed offer of a different bike went to my son-in-law and not to me (we had booked at the same time but separately). I was offered a much larger machine, with no other options. I initially accepted the larger machine, but then, before receiving any response from Rentalmotorbike.com followed up to say that the machine was larger than I was comfortable with and asked to cancel the reservation as they couldn't offer what was asked for. Rentalmotorbike.com then ignored me until two days after the day the rental was for. They have refused to apologise for their lack of communication when we were trying to arrange a holiday rental and are refusing to refund the reservation with no justifiable reason.
UPDATE: After posting this review I got an email from someone who claimed to be the director of the business, apologising and promising a refund, along with a request to take down my review. It took another email from me before the refund was actually processed. So, the above stands, I wouldn't trust this company with my money or a rental.
UPDATE 2: Given the email responses I have from Rental Motorbike, this:
"Feel free to express any opinions in line with your expectations. However, it's crucial that they align with the real circumstances."
is an absolute insult! To imply that I need to be truthful after the runaround and multiple versions of the truth I've received...

Establishing the rental agreement went smoothly. I was coordinating for four riders for a two week trip. I was offered discounts that were honored. I was allowed to pay 1/2 at time of booking and 1/2 at pick up. There was some confusion at pick up regarding insurance that was quickly clarified. I did ask follow-up questions prior to pick up that were never responded to that I would have liked answered. ,

Roadmaniacs!
Relating to rental in Romania: Claudia and Alex provided great personal service. The bikes were ideal for riding the Carpathian mountains and were enjoyable and trouble free. Extra bonus because the BMW bikes were very economical on fuel.
Romania may be famous for its Romaniacs enduro event, but the asphalt roads are also a joy to traverse - go be a Roadmaniac!
