Poor

A rather terrible company. I read all the horrible reviews on eBay and decided to give them a chance anyway.

After being ignored for days about my late shipment's tracking information not working, I pressed for an answer. I received a holding reply and I told them that I need the item I ordered so will have to cancel if the information can't be provided. Their answer was to simply cancel my order for me instead of finding out why the shipment was over a week late.

The delivery service that this company…

The delivery service that this company uses agreed a delivery convenient to me so that I was off work then a few days later changed to a day when o was at work and couldn’t accept delivery so it was a case of take it or leave it so o asked for a refund. You need to sort out your delivery or you will lose a lot more business I’ve gone elsewhere who have arranged a delivery when I’m not at work. I will not buy from you and advise others to stay away as well

We bought graded washing machine

We bought graded washing machine. Graded means new but with some scratches. But they send second hand machine as we found previous customer login in system.

I wish I could leave -1 stars!
They advertise items as ‘new other’ but send used and say they must have made a mistake as they don’t sell any new other items. A quick check and they list most as new other. Their return, refund and a few other terms and conditions are highly illegal.
Ignorant, snotty and rude.
You will see I’m not alone in thinking this. I guess it’s a case of if it goes well (or you’re willing to accept compen and excuses) it’s all good, but any kind of issue and it’s a nightmare. Fingers crossed buying is not good buying.

The customer service manager refused to correspond, even though i asked for a manager multiple times, when she eventually did she did it once, in a 'this is how is is, like it or lump it' type attitude, then didn't bother after that.
You did keep throwing the consumer rights act at me, even though i pointed out it was the Consumer Contracts Regs that applied, and your rules and regs are illegal.
(I will be re checking and reporting you to trading standards if they're still the same)
You need to do better so do better instead of defending your failings.

Dangerous appliances and no answer / terrible service

It's a great concept but not worth it. 2 of the appliances we ordered needing replacing as they were faulty. The washing machine was actually quite dangerous and caused tripped electrics and emitted smoke. I don't think It's very safe to order from this company. They were reluctant to come and pick up the appliance and when they didn't show up said we weren't home when we were and there was no sign of them. Noe they are expecting us to wait another week (without a washing machine and an 18 month old) for them to collect. There's no point calling them on the phone either - they never answer. AVOID.

Great Products

Bought a Shark Fan and a Ninja Crispi directly from their store. Both items working great and in great condition. A huge saving from buying from store, visited their shop in Gateshead, definitely worth a visit.
