I’ve been trying to get a new prescription for two weeks. Spoken to 6 different customer service agents, multiple medical assistants, and had an order processed but my tracking number was incorrect and the package has still not arrived. I’ve already received one warm package and I’m sure this will be the same. 300 dollars and terrible service. TBD whether this package will be warm again.

Today the clinician recommended maintainance dose since i am under my BMI, good thought because I had no idea they had that. Not all clinicians are alike. That could have been brought up way earlier. But I am happy with Remedy meds.

I’m extremely very bad with my experience with Remedy Meds. I was given one set of expectations by their clinicians, but my experience ended up being completely different. I went months without receiving my medication, and when I contacted customer support to find out what was going on, I was told I needed another consultation because I hadn’t been taking the prescription for an extended period. What frustrated me even more was being told I couldn’t simply have my prescription sent or cancel the service. After paying for the service and expecting consistent support, I feel like I was left with no reasonable solution. The whole experience has left me feeling misled and very dissatisfied.

I had a face to face appointment with a physician's assistant. I was having a severe issue with constipation and she was quick to tell me exactly how to remedy this.
She gave me several suggestions and I really appreciated her feedback.

My experience has been great so far. I was a little leary at first but as I received texts and email from Remedy Meds I realized their communication was better than perfect. I feel very well taken care of this far ( 2 weeks in ) I'm excited for my next dosing and can't wait to see where this takes me.

Easy to make appointment and reschedule it if needed. Almost instantaneous email replies to messages with options to call live person if needed. Provider was on time, compassionate and clear.

So far it has been an easy process, the Clinician was listening to me understanding my journey and struggles.

I had left one reason was my dad died and the it was just to expensive. I always recieved the care and understanding from doctors and the medication worked really well for me. I hate that I have to start from scratch but its ok. thanks for making it easy for me to come back.

After having a traumatic experience with a doctor locally who made me feel absolutely awful, I can happily say my visit with the clinician today was the polar opposite! She was both knowledgeable and attentive, She answered any questions I had and never made me feel like there was a rush to "move on" to someone else!
