I was skeptical about this product after having tried TENS products in the past. ReliveX is so much better than TENS with the benefit of no cables. I've had no problem using the remote. My pain and standing/walking have improved after only one week. Still need to continue use to get further improvement. Thank you ReliveX.

Well, I just got my product about three days ago and i've been using it ten minutes twice a day.. I can already feel the difference in stiffness and my muscles are a lot more relaxed and my sciatica.Uh, it has started to ease off. I'm really happy with the machine itself. It takes a little bit to understand the functionality of it. But overall, it's pretty easy. Once you get the hang of it and placement, I love how it has this rechargeable carrying case and the little remote control. I feel in control of this situation. And I also feel less pain. I give it a ten out of ten. A very good purchase i'm very happy.

I have not yet received the device BUT I want to point out that once you purchase the device you are directed to order more pads for it because the ones shipped with the device have a limited life.no mention of this additional cost when you are making the initial purchase….

I have been trying to return product to this company for one week because I have a pacemaker and the delivery of the product took 3 weeks. The company is a cheat and not reliable…. Very disappointing. They are refusing to honor their guarantee…..George Burnett 21933 order ....I request that company accept my return and credit the purchase and I will remove this complaint....

NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HASSLE!

This product does not work as advertised - it only pares to one unit. I have a $39 TENS unit from Target that does a better job. I reached out to initiate a return based on their 90 day Satisfaction policy and was told I have to either pay to ship it back to China or only get a 15% refund.

Nowhere on their website does it state they are a distributor for China! I purposely ordered from their website and now the links I saw on social media.

They told me I could 'gift' my product to someone else - sure - I love giving my friends and family BROKEN ITEMS!

AVOID this company like the plague - you can get a better unit at Target or WalMart!

I have been suffering from night time pain in different parts of one leg, sometimes along all my leg, pain that was preventing me from sleep.Also I could not lay on that side as I would have pain around the hip area. Yet when walking I experienced no pain. But not sleeping for months was exhausting me. My xray showed no real reason for this, my doctor decided I should see an orthopedic specialist and do physiotherapy.
But regardless of several exercises which sometimes helped for an hour or so but then the pains returned.
It is probable that these pains throughout my leg were due to chronic muscle inflammation around the hip and in the lower back, and due to strain overload provoked by months of repetitive lifting of my husband's heavy wheelchair into and onto the car.
I was desperate to get some rest, laying down was not pleasing at all. So I decided to try ReliveX even if rather sceptical.
The results were almost immediate! After only one treatment, that night the leg torments were almost nil... Finally a night of rest and sleep... I could hardly believe it. The hip pain is much less and leg pain was hardly perceived.
This was just two days ago. I shall continue applying Relive,
I am so grateful to be able to be able to lay in bed without chronic pain. I fjust eel so much better.
Thus my husband, who had lower back pain for several weeks, tried the ReliveX today...and he has not felt the back pain again yet!

I thought these codes were instructions. Code 1 led me to a Facebook page and I am pending approval for membership. I want to know how to use this product. This is just flat frustrating for this old woman.

I think alot of the bad reviews was made by people that didn't purchase through the original company. I keep seeing China being mentioned. I bought mine and it was strat from tha company in Mississippi. I read all the rules they have about returns & fees & totally understand how things have to be since it is a medical device. So if you bought yours frim China, you were scammed. Make sure you know where your item is coming from.
Also, mine is working wonders. I'm 70 with bad issues for 40 years. First time I can say I feel good again & mean it.

Very poor response from company. Not a trustworthy source. Do not buy from them.

One side turns off when the other turns on . Doesn’t stay on for more than 15 min .
Even at 16 ( highest it goes ) , I can barely feel it . My old Tenz unit when 3 times higher .

I was scheduled to have surgery on May 11 but choose ReliveX to try to relieve my pain instead. I am only on my first week and already feel better. Need more time to get the full experience. Will continue to use the product to see how it goes.

This company is not out to serve the people in daily pain , they are out to rob them, charging double the price and when you ask them to refund your money the say it to late the orders been shipped , when your asked for address to return the items they won’t tell you , this goes against all the laws of internet selling , beware , I’ve found a address for one of these criminals and will be publishing it when I’ve made a few more checks ps , reply to this Company, you’ve have plenty of times to put things right, but instead your company wanted to play games, you tried to charge me extortionate cost to return your product without any guarantee of getting the purchase price returned , which goes again the internet selling laws , you just play for time until your 90 returns policy has passed , I will continue to asked the people looking at your products to read the reviews which shows how corrupt this company is , and I will keep updating this post all the time , update 29/4/26

I have tried everything for my back and neck including chiro , osteo, physio, witch doctors , traction machines tens machines and swing literally 1000’s on putting a band aid on the problem .
Relive X , where have you been all my life .
Not only very professionally packaged, but straight away doesn’t have that cheap feel to it .
I was skeptical as I was waking up every hour in pain.

I haven’t slept better and to be honest I don’t totally u created what this amazing machine is doing , it it’s doing me justice .
Also no chords and remote operated just pair up the two magic stimulators and 15 minutes later you can actually feel the deep penetration

I have told so many people about this , one guy asked did I work fur company . No I said , but so thankful I found this amazing machine

This is worse than my TENS and works exactly like a TENS does.
Stay away and stick with what you have!

It took a month to get the product, because it is shipped from China. The product is difficult to operate on my midback. You have to push buttons on the pads that are difficult to reach in the mid back area. Then, it stopped working all together. I contacted the company for assistance and they would respond with a list of things to try. But when their list was exhausted and you email them back, you get another list of things to try. None of those things made my unit work. I asked for their return process. I got another list of things, but not the full address and return process. I will have to return the unit to China at my own expense. Or, they'll give me 21 dollars back for a machine that ended up costing 120. I

The machine don't work properly it seem to work every now and then. The remote don't work at all.

Just started. But so far so good.

The units stopped working almost from the start. Need to return it. Order# 16053
