I was having a severe flare-up of my…

I was having a severe flare-up of my C6-C7 and L4-L5 I couldn't sit for long or stand on uneven ground. My pain levels were 8/10 rested and 10/10 moving. That was Feb 15th and now March 1st I am now down to 4/10 rested and 6/10 moving. I can't wait until this takes the stenosis pain away or at least beareable.
I should have bought this a year ago. I recommend this to everyone with any spinal pain. You will not regret the cost. Thank you

HalGrow Hair Spray

Up to now , I can say this product does work with reducing pain, I used mine twice and then it stopped working, I saw a post on here to clean it with cotton wool and i did and its up and running , thank goodness, alo you have to check your internet which I did, the first time I used the disc it did work for the pain, they are very small discs and temperamental, so remember to clean them, just a thought, It worked for me

Whilst the product is good

Whilst the product is good. The subscription service doesn't look as though it can be cancelled. I never took out the subscription option yet keep getting billed. I have removed all my bank details from PayPal shopify etc but still getting billed .
Poor customer service and I totally regret buying this equipment which is basically a mini Tens can buy in any decent chemist
Finally had a reply removing the subscription. It's a shame it took a Google review to action this , but thank you for doing this.

Bad product.

I got mine a few weeks ago and one massager works for 5 minutes and then I have to charge it again when it is fully charged. And the other massager doesn't work at all. You get 2 massagers with it. The company tells me to use a little cotton ball to wipe down the little battery pack That sticks to the pad. But the problem is the one massager just does not turn on at all. And they're fully charged. I'd just been getting the runaround from the company. I feel sick to my stomach that I bought it. I wish I could put the video up to show you all what I mean. But it won't let me. I should have listened to my instincts and not to buy it. And when you write a review All I see from the company is. I'm sorry. Omg quit saying I'm sorry and do something about it. Instead of giving people the run around, get back to them right away. Answer their emails, give them a phone call. All I am asking for is A new product or my refund back to me ASAP. Actually, I would like my money back instead. As it's a very bad product. And yes, it doesn't look the same in the pictures. The pads are much smaller.. This review was sent a few weeks ago. Feb 25 2026 well, the company fine got back to me.. I sent them a video of what's going on. Maybe that helped I do not know. Anyway they say they are going to sending me another one no chart to me. When they get their next shipment in.. But just waiting for a tracking number. Who knows how long that will be? It's been a few weeks now. But I'm still a little skeptical, because the first one did not work that well who's to say if the second one is going to work? They asked me to do another review explaining more details. I don't know how much more detail do they want? Only if you can put up a video that people can see it. That would probably help. I read all the reviews on Facebook about this product and not one bad review. until I went to do a review about the massager and it sent me to Google review Instead of Facebook review. I guess I should have went on Google before I bought the product. So if and when I get my new massager, I will keep you updated. Thank you for reading my review. Hopefully the new one we'll work. On their website it doesn't say anything that it comes with China because you find you I came from China I would not have bought it. And you get the BULLSHIT of get your refund. And The Hidden subscription that I didn't say yes to. So I better not see any money coming up my Visa.

Pressure sales and unusual reason for delay

Pressure to order saying only few available and discount price finishes today.etc Today I put the order thru and have got a reply email saying there's been a leak in the ware house and there wil be a delay as they have to get new units made .do I believe this ?? It seems like a scam .at such an expensive price and I am.in pain.so felt pressured to order at the offer of another 10% off.ive been asked to edit thevreview.but am waiting for the product.

Dead in less than 24 hours

It took FOREVER to get to me. It does not look like the pictures. But hey, maybe size doesn't matter. Everything is MUCH smaller. I used it because it came charged. Then charged it overnight. Next morning l used it on my back. I wanted to use it on my shoulders. It won't work. No good after LESS THAN 24 HOURS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Absolutely appalling!!!! Steer well clear of this company. They set up a subscription without your knowledge until you eventually find it in your PayPal account and they’re taking £37 a parcel from your account. I’m trying to seek a refund and have reported the matter to PayPal and emailed ReliveX several times to STOP sending these parcels and STOP taking payments immediately. So far the only reply I got was an email in DUTCH!!! I think now the only way to stop this is to switch my bank!!!

Watch out they try to charge a subscription as well

To continue my awful experience with this company who have ignored my requests for rebate and still
Not received after a month. Today they send me a email telling me that I have a subscription to pay? Never seen anything about that ? The link does not work so no idea how much or what’s it’s for. As mentioned by me and others, please stay clear of this company as they don’t deliver on their promises and now seems to hidden subscription charges which you cant check to find out whet this company are now trying to get from you.

I managed to get my subscription cancelled after emailing them and got A 40% discount out of the product which was delivered finally as I refused to pay the postal costs back.

Avoid at all costs

If there was an option for zero stars I'd give this.
It's not made clear that products are shipped from China. I'd assumed this was a European company.
I was dissatisfied with my massager so requested a return. Their first tactic is to heavily discount the item as an incentive to keep it; then issue a warning that shipping to China costs €19, but then offer a £20 credit voucher to buy more of their rubbish.
I commenced my return over a month ago, the parcel is now stuck in Chinese customs as apparently their is a customs charge due ( I didn't mark the return as a gift as that would have been dishonest).
Relivex are ignoring the payment request from customs and have told me this is my responsibility as per the returns conditions. While this does state the customer is responsible for return shipping costs their is no mention of customs fees.
Until the item is marked as delivered I get no refund.
I will be raising as a dispute with PayPal

The price is a bit high compared to…

The price is a bit high compared to similar products. The shipping was not fast.My product does not match the photos on the website. There is no option to return or cancel the purchase. However, the product’s performance and quality were good.

They are frauds.

Ordered the back stimulator a month ago and never received it. I wrote to the company 10 times asking for refund. I got back the same bull boilerplate message that they are backed up on orders. But they completely ignored my request to cancel and refund. I was forced to dispute this with my bank.

Misleading return policy – not risk-free at all

I ordered a product from ReliveX attracted by their promise of a “90-day risk-free trial.” Unfortunately, that claim is highly misleading. When I requested a return, I was told I had to ship the item back to China at my own expense – an international return that would cost me more than the item itself.

This condition was never made clear during the purchase process. I find this deceptive and contrary to what they advertise. Customers should be warned: this is not a risk-free guarantee – it’s a costly and frustrating experience.

They don't respond to emails

I sent them an email about canceling my order, since I accidentally added another product into my basket, they never responded. Sent me the things anyway. Now I can't return the product. Since they don't have free returns
