I feel like it is giving me some relief so far...

It took a bit for the device to come but it came well packaged and in good condition. It is easy to use and very comfortable, I enjoy my sessions with it. I feel that I am beginning to get some relief from my shoulder pain. I can sleep better now without the pain waking me up. I still have a ways to go before I can say the device fixed me and I am pain free. I will continue to use it everyday until then.

As an avid swimmer

As an avid swimmer, shoulder pain was a huge setback for me. I was worried I might have to give up my passion. Thankfully, I discovered the Relieflylab shoulder device. After using it regularly, my shoulder pain has decreased, and I'm back in the pool, swimming pain-free.

Return Policy: Impossible to return after use.

I was considering purchasing this product but after reading their return Policy, I will not purchase the product. Obviously i can't rate whether it Works or not but i can say that the return policy Is both impossible and ridiculous. This was taken straight from their website on return Policy.

"We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support Company email

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted."

HOW CAN YOU USE IT FOR 90 Days and then return it for a full refund when it clearly States it has to be returned UNUSED?!

Last winter

Last winter, I slipped on ice and injured my shoulder. The pain was unbearable, and physical therapy wasn't helping much. A friend recommended the Relieflylab shoulder device, and it's been amazing. My shoulder is healing, and I can move it without pain again.

Order took 8 weeks to receive

Order never received. Sent 2 emails to customer service. No response. No customer service phone number either. Tracking number provided doesn’t give any tracking information.

Update: 3/14/2024 - finally received product after 8 weeks, 2 emails, and a product review. Customer service is still nonexistent and responses are all automated emails. I have not had the opportunity to use product since I just received it 2 days ago. Response to initial review was posted by company on the day I received product. I’m not sure this is a coincidence. Product arrived in excellent condition, well packaged, and did not look as though it had been through an 8 week long journey from China. No complaints regarding product. Just customer service.
