I have already returned the reliefband. There is no information about appropriate charging the first time from a computer, so when I really needed it, after charging from a normal power cord, it only... See more

Lousy warranty - beware
Wish I had checked here first. Super disappointed with customer service. Within first month of band use, I experienced battery issues. Now required to send the band back on my own dime and need to wait up to four weeks for the replacement. Absurd.
Ineffective product due to poor product design made worse by the WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered.
They would get 0 stars for their product and customer service in my book. In March 2023, I ordered 2 bands for $528.98. One for myself and the other for my daughter. They arrived in a few weeks.
We took them on a trip spanning 30 days in May. The first day I put mine on, I realised the relief band was too big. It is rigid plastic so there is a limitation of how tight one can make it. I told my daughter not to open hers as we should return hers as well when we return. Her wrist is smaller than mine. The rigid plastic strap is meant for a man’s wrist. The clasp wouldn’t even hold tight for the contact to work. The contact delivers the current to help with motion sickness. As soon as I moved my wrist, it would become loose like a bangle rendering the motion sickness contact ineffective. No matter how hard I pulled the strap to tighten, it would loosen immediately as the clasp didn’t hold. We travelled with a group of friends. The wives tried the band and agreed it was too big and rigid to fit a woman’s wrist.
I called and emailed the company the day after my return. All they did was cite their lousy 14 day return policy. Nothing could be done. After more emails they said they’d fix the faulty clasp. They wouldn’t let me change it for the soft band version which could most likely fit my wrist. I told them having the same rigid, huge band wouldn’t fit me. I wasn’t looking for a refund but an exchange to something that would work for us. Again they cited their return policy.
Their zero customer service is shockingly myopic and is totally bad business practise. They have an expensive, ineffective product I bought in good faith and really don’t care to take care of me. Nowhere was the return policy front and center when I bought the item. This was dishonest.
I would be so wary of patronising this money grubbing company. What a waste of time and money.
I ordered a ReliefBand on July 4
UPDATE: After multiple unsuccessful emails and calls to customer service, I contacted the CEO, Rich Ransom (yes, that is his real name). I was surprised by how quickly he responded. Not only did he apologize profusely, but he issued me an immediate refund. While dealing with the staff was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience, he understood the issue immediately and made things right. I changed my original 1-star rating to 4-star as a result.
I ordered a ReliefBand on July 4, 2023, for my wife, who is recovering from a hip replacement. As of July 18, I still have not received the product. According to the tracking information, the order is listed as "unfulfilled" no shipping information.
I contacted the company and received an email in which they stated, "Due to the global supply chain issues and carrier delays, orders have been taking longer than usual to process and ship, and we do sincerely apologize for the delay. We have located your Order#xxxxxxx and see that your order is currently in processing and should be shipping shortly. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. We appreciate your patience with this process. Please reach out to us with any further questions!"
I responded that the order is not listed as "in processing" but rather as "unfulfilled." I also stated there was no indication on their website that there would be delays in fulfilling orders. I said that their response was unsatisfactory and that I would like more specific information regarding a shipping date as well as some form of compensation since they've had my over $200 with no indication that the product is even available.
The response I got was a repeat of what I got before, that my order is "currently in processing and will be shipping out shortly." I have no idea what that means. I reminded them that according to their own tracking information that the order is still listed as "unfulfilled."
I've asked for a refund and have not received a response.
I have no idea if this product works, and at this point, I really don't care. They seem to want customers' money well in advance of being able to ship the product. The fact that they don't inform customers in advance of delayed shipments and don't provide any real information about timelines is unacceptable.
Not received-fo not order from the website
Not received, no email confirmation, paid £250 11th April, can get through to sales in Uk but customer service is in America. Sales line refuse to help. I’m going to ask my bank to claim money back.
Defective and not strong enough to stop…
Defective and not strong enough to stop nausea. Doesn't change with different settings. And their guaranteed refund policy is a joke. Stay away from this company.
