It's been 3 weeks since I bought the fridge and never been delivered. I don't know if it's real company always saying different things i will wait this week if not delivered i will ask for refund

SHOCKING AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I ordered a fridge and a washing machine online. I paid for Saturday delivery and for the packaging to be taken away. The delivery driver called me when he was outside. I went down and he shouted at me that I need to lift it up the stairs as its too heavy. He was angry and aggressive using bad language saying that he's just going to leave the van and quit his job. He was so aggressive I had to call my dad to come quickly. At one point he started packing the van and saying he's going. I explained that I need it as ive just moved in with two young kids and this just made him worse. I decided to call the customer services as I was shocked at what was happening and I was told because it's a big item I needed to specify this when ordering due to step access. I explained that I ordered online and was not at any point asked about access. I ended up carrying it myself with my 72 year old dad as the two delivery guys watched. Shocking will never buy again. Unprofessional

All round great experience, only the test of time will tell the machine standard but the delivery, purchase etc very satisfactory indeed.

Good service and contect

3 amazing products at reasonable prices. Everything was smooth from start to finish accept my delivery, which is SEPARATE company and they even refunded me my delivery fee after informing them of my troubles. Will use again

The kitchen is good, quick to assemble, and looks perfect. Contact with the supplier was great. Fast shipping. I recommend it.

Delivery was a little earlier than booked but totally fine as I hate waiting for things to arrive so I was over the moon. The guy was lovely he put it exactly where I asked him too though I was surprised he delivered on his own. Being a washing machine I expected 2 man delivery, anyways all plumbed in and working great. Thankyou ever so much was a bargain price for a 12kg no complaints from me

I honestly think Reliant are a FANTASTIC company. I ordered a fridge freezer and it was delivered 3 days later and is absolutely worth every penny I spent on it !!!!
I bought it for someone else and they keep ringing me up to say what a wonderful fridge freezer it is !

Dean did a fab job, brought our washing machine up 4 sets of stairs and brought it in as well.

They dropped the oven and then asked if they could leave it outside for the night as didn’t think they could fit it through the door until someone came to fit it the next day !
