I bought a freeze freezer from this retailer but their return policy is very confusing.if they stated that I had to find my own courier for the return I would not buy the item from them
So any one buying bear in mind if you don't like the item and U want to return you have to arrange the courier your self

HYE small fridge freezer
The appliance is very good. I had a couple of issues with delivery because I had to change the date, but it didn’t get loaded. A quick phone call and it was rearranged with a lot of apologies.

We did not receive our item
We did not receive our item. We had no communication and wasted a whole day waiting in after paying additional money for a Saturday delivery due to work commitments and still have no idea when we will receive our order. Will never be buying again. Couldn't contact anyone through the web chat online and no phone number available for either yourselves or the delivery company used.
