Perfect for banks that don't expect crypto
My bank doesn't allow me to transfer money out of my wallet to my bank account and using this I got the money out of my wallet into my bank within like 15 minutes of finding this website I would 100% recommend

Not quick enough
Not quick enough, incompetent. I’ve had other services who pay you 24/7 whenever you want to get crypto sent to your bank account. So poor form from RelayPay. Incompetent service, whenever you contract them about the payment, they’ve got mo clue about it, express that they haven’t got the “money” yet, even tho a generic email from them says the transfer is in progress, than they suddenly send it the next day.

Fraud
Top of the day, This company has defrauded me of $17,000, I made a payment on the 8th of August which they received and the transaction was on pending which I complained to the live support and she (Rochelle) told me to be patient that they are having issues with their system in processing bitcoin, on the 13th I wrote to her again and she told me to be patient. And the 14th of August 04:54 PM she wrote to me saying “I was about to email you, I just had feedback from our technical team... your transaction with transaction id of f2f019d3 has been processed once fully completed, an email confirmation should be sent to you” and now she sends me a hash id manually, I did not receive any email confirmation as I normally do. So I went to the hash ID and saw it was a different wallet and I checked on blockchain explorer and saw that the bitcoin was sent to that wallet on the 13th of August which mine wasn’t processed at that time. I showed them that and they pushed the blame on me saying that’s the wallet i used of which is not and I have done it severally and my wallet pop out automatically when inserting it on the space provided. She hasn’t finalized with me and she went ahead and closed my account. I will see you in court!!
