RelayPay Stands Out!

In an era where digital financial transactions have become the backbone of our daily lives, finding a service that not only meets but exceeds expectations is like finding a needle in a haystack. That's exactly what happened when I decided to use RelayPay, despite stumbling upon a handful of 1-star reviews that seemed to paint a less than flattering picture of the company. My experience, however, tells a different story.

The platform is super user-friendly, guiding me through each step with ease and clarity, ensuring that I was never left in the dark about what was required from me or what the next steps would be.

In a world where we're told to expect delays and to be patient, RelayPay shattered those expectations by processing my transaction and getting the money into my account within an hour!

In light of my experience, it's difficult to give credence to the negative reviews I came across. It's a reminder that while it's important to consider the experiences of others, it's equally important to form our own opinions based on personal experiences. In my case, RelayPay delivered on all fronts - reliability, speed, and customer service.

Would I recommend RelayPay? Without a doubt, yes. Whether you're transferring funds for personal or business reasons, RelayPay offers a seamless, secure, and swift service that stands out in the crowded space of digital finance solutions.

BEWARE Charlie Karaboga (RelayPay) IS A SCA

BEWARE Charlie Karaboga IS A CROOK
BEWARE RELAYPAY ARE SCAMMERS

So they sent the bitcoin to their own address and claim I made a mistake. I definitely did not make a mistake! I checked multiple times. As I always do. Conveniently they dont send a confirmation and the purchase page becomes inaccessible if you close the page. How convenient?!? Luckily I have a screenshot and I will use it to take them down and sue them for a lot more than the $20,000 I lost! Rochelle from support was incredibly rude to me to put salt on the wound.

Do not use them!! They are scammers. They will lose their license soon as I am already in the process of getting them shut down!

And guess what? I can't sign in now!! If I put in the wrong address then why have you blocked me from my account? Your story is full of holes and I'm coming for you!!!

Hi Faye,

We understand the distressing situation you are facing and want to express our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you've encountered. As we also discussed with you over the phone and reported via email the Bitcoin address receiving the funds was brand new within our system and had not been previously associated with any transactions. Our records indicate that all transaction attempts entry of the wallet address was done from your end via a 2FA and the biometrics-secured account logged on our end. We can see the number of trials and entries of different addresses.

We empathize with your frustration and want to assure you that we take the security of our users seriously. However, we can not control the security of our customer's devices or accounts.

It is quite likely that you're targeted by a sophisticated scam. Given the nature of this incident, it's crucial to consider the possibility of a compromised device or desktop wallet. Scammers often exploit vulnerabilities, especially targeting specific demographics. We recommend taking immediate action by withdrawing all funds from the desktop wallet you mentioned and reporting this incident to the relevant authorities. Additionally, conducting a thorough security check on your computer to detect and remove any potential malware is advisable.

We are committed to assisting you throughout this process and are ready to provide any necessary logs and transaction monitoring details.

Once again, we apologise for the distress caused by this situation. If there's anything else we can do to assist you further, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Best regards,

Invasive, questionable and unclear terms

Up until today, I would have given relayPay 5 stars, their rates and service WERE great. Now, they are randomly didn't "receive" my money from PayID and after contacting support, was told my payment was "Put on hold" as i had to provide them with proof of the bank account where my money came from, as well as the last 2 months transactions from that bank account.

This was not mentioned beforehand, and I refused to hand over this information to a random third party crypto site. This is extremely invasive, and they also made me use my camera to take a video of my face to prove it was me. Upon contacting support they said many things including

"Giving us two months of your banking activity protects you from scams by making sure that the money you use to buy cryptocurrencies is real and safe".

This sentence makes absolutely no sense. How can money in my account not be "real and safe" and how does me showing them the food I eat and money I receive keep me safe. I don't like that I was asked to provide it, and I don't trust them.

UPDATE: After some emails back and forth I provided my version of events to their CEO and having someone to talk to, and having my concerns addressed was very helpful.

I got my refund, and was assured that changes would be made to their systems to make the experience better for future customers. They have given me all my money and can be trusted.

Hi Chris,

We are really sorry for your experience.

Biometrics is a feature we use to protect our customers. This way we can make sure the transaction is performed by the same person who opened the account with the ID document in the first place.

In regards to our bank statement request, as part of our enhanced due diligence process, from time to time, we may ask for bank statements from our new users to make sure they have full control of the bank account making the transfer.

We also use the statement to identify the source of funds as crypto companies are increasingly targeted by bad actors.

Unfortunately, sometimes these measures can be frustrating for our new customers. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Thanks for your understanding.
