I love how protective they are of me and my account. Some people may see it as stifling, but you wouldn’t feel that way if your account got compromised Lol. Love this bank. Gives my business EXACTLY what it needs.

I've had my Relay accounts for about two and a half years now. I've never had any issues until this past month. My account did not have a lot of activity in the recent months due to my business income, but I recently opened an Operations account in addition to my Checking and Savings with Relay in anticipation of additional business income. I did three transfers. Two with Plaid that showed they were deposited in my bank account and then Relay said that the deposits were sent back to my external account. They were not. I then did another transfer directly from my external bank debit card and was charged an additional fee to do this, but they claim it was sent back to my external bank. It was not. I've had to explain this over and over and customer service has not given me any explanations on why this is happening. All they did was freeze my accounts and I still don't know where my money went. I will be using another bank after this and closing my accounts.
Dixie was super patient in explaining how my account truly works! She was pleasant and knowledgeable!

Relay Financial is excellent! Special thanks to Annie for providing a clear roadmap. She confirmed that my account can be finalized once my residency in Georgia (Europe) is established. Currently, the only obstacle I face is a major delay from my legal service provider in Wyoming, who has failed to deliver my company's Apostille and DBA documents. This delay is causing significant harm to my business, but Relay’s support has been outstanding.

I opened my business account with Relay for several reasons - first, they offered a basic account for $0 a month. FDIC is $3M, and they have several very useful features that make running my business so much easier including invoicing, linking to Quickbooks, and auto payments! Thanks, Relay!
