Bad experience...
I had a very bad experience with these guys. Recently I have shifted from Delhi to Patna and I have opted for Angel Packers and Movers based on above reviews.
Their service was pathetic. They have missed some luggage. They have transported without assigning any number. Though we found that those things were with them till now we did not get those things back to us. All furniture was handled bad and delivered in a bad condition. Though they are saying that they will take necessary action for that, no action was taken since 7 days. I have bought this furniture just few days before I left Pune and these guys knows that.
In future I will never go with this kind of Packers and Movers and I suggest you the same. I will update this once looking at their action part on my damage.
They have stolen my AC coper wire cost 4000.
All glasses are broken
Some furniture become useless.
Fridge has lot of scratch...
All employees are very bad behaviour....

From the beginning, the packers and movers displayed a lack of professionalism. The moving crew arrived late, causing unnecessary delays and inconveniences. They seemed unprepared and ill-equipped to handle the task at hand. Their lackadaisical attitude towards my belongings was evident, as they carelessly handled fragile items, resulting in several damaged and broken possessions.
To make matters worse, the packers and movers took advantage of the situation and levied additional charges that were completely unjustified. However, these complications were not communicated to me beforehand, and I felt blindsided by the sudden demand for more money.

FRAUDULENT AGENTS
FRAUDULENT AGENTS! These guys are running a second hand furniture scam. They will ask you when you intend to leave Bangalore, then schedule the packing just before you leave, so that you are not around to question them. After you leave Bangalore, they demand full payment for moving before transporting your stuff. If you agree, no guarantee you will get the stuff. And if you don't pay, they will sell your stuff as second hand furniture for a net profit! either way you lose and they win. An absolute scamming enterprise!

Awful customer service and false promises
I was shipping a bike from Mumbai to Haridwar with them. Trains were booked out and would take a week. So I decided to pay thee time the price (2500 train, 7000 packers). They assured delivery in maximum 4 days. First disappointment: after agreeing on the price, paying the advance of 500 and drooping the bike, I received an invoice with additionally added tax raising the price to 7900. Unprofessional. Than after not receiving the bike on day five I was calling the contact number. Very rude people tell every day a different story, and postpone the delivery always for a day. Telling the tuck broke down or some excuse. Now it is day 10 and the bike is still not arriving. I am fearing a scam and am complaining at the police station. At any case don't send or move with this company! Even if the bike arrives it is an awful customer experience.
