I moved my stuff locally in Delhi with Rehousing packers and it was a good experience.

The pickup was done on time and all my stuff was packaged well and delivered as promised.

I recommend Rehousing and will use their services again when needed.

Absolutely worst experience while dealing with this company. Please try and avoid at all costs. Delivered product is damaged and also the timelines committed are never adhered to. Few things to keep in mind:

1) The timeline they commit which is mostly 2 days for delivery of your cargo is never met. My fridge which I had shipped was delivered in 24 days. They never answered my calls and ignored all my calls for many consecutive days.
2) After 10 days I get an update from them that since you sent only a single item i.e. 1 fridge it can't be sent immediately and all the items are packed and sent in one large truck and a truck can't be arranged for your single item. So, if you are planning on sending 1-2 items then expect a timeline of minimum 3-4 weeks and nothing less than that.
3) They will ask for full payment before sending the item and after full payment will stop picking your calls.
4) The delivered fridge was damaged and had dents at multiple places on the door.
5) Please avoid this fraud company at all costs and if at all you need to use this company be prepared for inordinate delays and damaged delivery of your product.

All the employees are just asking commission misplacing goods and blaming for writing negative feedback.

All goods were damaged payment done on time insurance taken delivery charges paid before time and again paid commission on top of it but still this needs to be pin pointed and highlight to the owner I have all screen shot proofs

They came early at 7 am in the morning and were hardworking ....satisfied ...will consider them next time too...it was hassle free and cost effective.
