Hi Pavel,
I’m so sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, although your comments don’t reflect the real situation.
You returned your keys and access cards to your centre team in July and requested that the end date of your month-to-month agreement be backdated to 30 June 2026, which is not allowed under the terms of our agreement. Our agreements should be ended online according to their notice period. You have ended your agreement online, and the end date is confirmed as 31 August 2026.
Your concern has since been reviewed and positively resolved.
