Its all about the people, the staff that counts.
Your staff at my location make all the difference. Not that the facilities aren't great here, but that would not matter if the staff were unfriendly, rude to my clients, etc. They are very competent and timely in addressing any problem I might present to them. A "10" is awarded as a result of all of the above.
