Bad place to do business do not trust this organization. They are not to be trusted their leases. Don’t change your mind in a few days after signing your lease.

A signed agreement is formal business commitment, and it will expire according to end date mentioned on it. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date. You should confirm the end of your agreement through your online account (myregus.com) by going to My Account > Products and services > Select product line > End Agreement.

I am writing this to warn any business…

I am writing this to warn any business owner or freelancer considering Regus: do not give them your credit card information. What starts as a simple workspace solution quickly turns into an inescapable financial trap designed to drain your bank account.
Non-Existent Support: When you inevitably try to dispute these unfair charges, customer service vanishes. Local office managers tell you they have "no control over billing," and the centralized corporate ticketing system is a black hole. I have been trying to resolve a dispute regarding Late fees which was their system problem not mine a $84 overcharge and they simply ignore the messages. Regus operates more like a predatory collection agency than a professional workspace provider. Save your business the stress, the hidden fees, and the endless hours of arguing with an unreachable corporate entity. Look elsewhere for office space.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
The details of charges and services are outlined in our agreement, and we bill our customers accordingly.
Our invoices are payable no later than on the 15th day of the month. If payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration costs and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we must pass on a late fee to you. The late payment fees billed to you due to delayed payments and are valid. You can review invoice and payment dates on your statement of account, available in your online account (myregus.com).
For any assistance with your account, billing, or payments, you can contact our dedicated account helpdesk team through your online account (myregus.com > ‘Help’ section). Alternatively, you can query our AI bot ‘Aurora’ directly from your online account.
One of my team members has contacted you in this matter, but you remain unresponsive. Please respond to them.
