Regus, a company whose lust and greed for money comes before their customers

UPDATE

Dear Lorraine Brule

Thanks for you cut n paste response. As a Global Customer Service agent at Regus Why didn't you actually take the time and pick up the phone or even better make the effort to come and see us and actually understand the situation. I respect you have a business to run but we are reaching out for help, we are looking for a solution from REGUS . To be clear I have insulated no one, how you interrupt my review is your prerogative. Your resposne has proved my point, REGUS just do not care and not even willing to try and find a solution.

=========================================
We have two separate contracts under two separate companies within Regus for office space . We signed for two years in both companies, one contract ends in March 2024 and the other ends in July 2024. Over two months ago, we sat down with our local centre manager and his boss and explained that as a business we are suffering due to the economic climate plus with serious personal health challenges we asked if our contracts could be reduced so we could exit a bit early as we foresee both companies unable to sustain payments to REGUS and one may fold soon plus with my health challenges it was something we did not plan for or envisage to happen so we are trying to work with Regus to find a solution before it becomes a massive mess.

The centre managers asked us to put it all in writing and so we did on 15th April 2023. The boss of the centre manager said she would take it away and discuss with the “senior managers”. Nearly 2 months went past and guess what, we got the generic response “no we can’t help, your end dates remain the same” and that was it !!!

Regus are the WORST company to work with. Regus Managers and directors have ZERO care for their customers and all Regus care about is nailing customers to the wall to make sure they get money out them regardless of what situation they may be in. A decent company would try and find an amicable solution …not Regus, a heartless, gutless organisation.

I dare, in fact I double dare a senior director in Regus to come and speak with me face to face directly and stop hiding behind their centre manager, to try and understand what is actually happening to their customers.

If you’re a business avoid using Regus at all cost !!!

Hello Med,
I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
We have several options on terms, products and locations to try and suit everyone’s circumstances, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its specific end date. You were initially told this several times but the matter was escalated due to your continued insistence; even though you were aware that an alternative outcome was not possible and would result in a longer response time. You informed of the progress several times throughout the escalation but ultimately an early termination was not granted. The agreement you signed clarified the mutual obligations for both parties and this included the term. The local team worked very hard for you and coming online insulting them and the company just because the resolution was not in your favour is very unfair and unprofessional.
If you have any further questions please contact the centre as they remain available for all your queries.
Kind regards,
Lorraine Brule
