There were multiple problems with the…

There were multiple problems with the booking. I booked a room for 2 separate dates with an employee who is no longer there. Turns out she never booked the rooms or told me I had to go online. Epic fail! I had to involve someone else and completely start over. Then, asking them to open 30 minutes early for us so we could use the room from 8-5 was like the world's biggest ask. Another Epic fail! Finally, the wifi kept cutting out. You can do much better. On a positive note, the coffee was decent and the staff were nice once we were there.

We do our best to accommodate out-of-hours bookings, but please understand we must consider them on a case-by-case basis due to staffing schedules.
