Misleidende praktijken en opzettelijke "forced upgrades"

Ik heb onlangs online een contract afgesloten bij Regus met het expliciete doel om de maatschappelijke zetel voor mijn onderneming te registreren. Direct na de aankoop bleek dat de verkochte formule hier wettelijk helemaal niet geschikt voor is.

Na telefonisch contact met de medewerkers Merel en Gianni werd het verhaal pas echt schandelijk. Medewerker Gianni gaf letterlijk toe dat het marketingdepartement dit bewust niet duidelijk vermeldt op de website om de online conversies kunstmatig hoog te houden. Het businessmodel is er blijkbaar op ingericht om ondernemers eerst het verkeerde product te verkopen, zodat hun salesmedewerkers vervolgens dagelijks mensen moeten opbellen om hen te pushen naar een veel duurdere upgrade.

Dit zijn doelbewuste, misleidende handelspraktijken. Ik heb direct vriendelijk verzocht om een annulering en een volledige refund van dit onbruikbare product. Let heel goed op voor je hier online iets tekent, want de transparantie is ver te zoeken.
