The compliance process vs registration…

The compliance process vs registration process and rental need to be connected and fixed. We paid for four months without getting service because the compliance team responds late and asks for information that is in mail they are blocking.

Hi Ahmed,
I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
We are required by law to follow anti-money laundering regulations to set up a Virtual Office and this process can take several days. As we are following a governmental procedure, it would be illegal for us to provide Virtual Office services to you until the process is completed in its entirety. Your agreement started on 31 January 2023 and the compliance team contacted you the next day on 1 February informing of the correct documentation that was needed. The compliance team sent several emails but only received the correct documents on 28 April. They then verified everything and passed the compliance checks on 2 May.
The compliance team would not request documents sent to the Virtual Office address as we cannot accept mail until compliance has been passed and you should not have been using the address before then.
A member of my team has been in touch in order to answer any further questions you may have.
Kind regards,
Michelle Spire
