Impossible to arrange a return.
I ordered a jacket on 20th October and it eventually arrived on the 30th October.
It isn't suitable and I want to return it.
Impossible to get a returns label and arrange a collection.
Regatta have taken payment twice for the return. So they have two payments for a return and the cost of the jacket.
Cannot get a reply on any of the phone numbers it just rings out.
Never had such a issue with any other company with a return.
Absolutely terrible service and I still can't get any response.
Don't use this company.

Happy with the purchase
Happy with the purchase. Brought 1 size up up so I could wear a fleece or a jumper in the cold. Has wind and water resistance. Great quality

Great coat - waterproof and warm
Easy to order, quick delivery. Lovely coat, fits well with internal pockets - which for some reason most manufacturers don’t seem to think women need! As I hate carrying a handbag especially in the rain this is perfect.

Excellent members' discount
Very easy to order. Site membership gave me a great price and free delivery. I really like the polo shirts too - they fit well and are of a very light weight material. Importantly for me, on this occasion, they don't have a logo. Great buy
