Regal Whisky done everything right but we're unfortunately let down by their choice of courier.
My package supposedly got damaged in transit but Regal Whisky ensured that a replacement order was sent as a matter of urgency.
Their communication and how they've dealt with things has been fantastic but I'd advise them to stop using DHL as I've had nothing but problems with this company in the past.
