I cannot recommend Mr Lambe, Jayne and the team highly enough and a especial my nurse Tracey who was super amazing on surgery day and the anaesthetist as being put to sleep was my biggest fear, but i didn't even know it was happening. From the first call, through to the consultation process and post surgery, the care and attention i have received from the whole team couldnt have been better. I am 1 day post opp and I cant wait to see my results. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Lamb to family and friends. Thank you for an amazing experience wish id done it sooner.

From my initial contact up to post-op communication I’m absolutely thrilled with the level of care from the reflect clinic team. I’m not fully healed from my surgery but I have absolute trust and faith that Mr Lambe will have achieved my desired outcome, he has really made me feel at ease throughout the process and really listened to my concerns and I’m really glad with my choice of clinic. I had been considering having a tummy tuck for years, unsure of whether to go aboard where the prices were cheap but without the safety net that if anything was to go wrong I would be looked after. I have nothing against overseas procedures as I have friends who have had amazing transformations at a fraction of the price. After doing extensive research I found Mr Lambe and made an appointment. Mr Lambe and Mr Apostlos listened to what I was looking for and were able to say how we would achieve this. Everything was well explained followed up by a letter detailing the discussion which is good to reflect on. Jayne was able to keep me in the loop and answer any questions.Thank you for making me feel at ease. On the day of the procedure I was as calm as anything because I trusted Mr Lambe and his team to take good care of me. Mr Lambe and Mr Apostlos, anaesthetist and Aset Team thank you for taking such good care of me.The after care to date has been amazing, 9 weeks post op and I am hoping that by my next aftercare appointment the results of my procedure will continue to look amazing. From the minute I made the decision to go ahead with my procedure and my initial consultation I knew I’d made the right decision. Speaking to Jayne on the phone and knowing she’d had the procedure done herself really helped to put me at ease and that was even before I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Lambe himself. He instantly made me feel at ease with his very relaxed manner, such a lovely softly spoken guy, he explained everything clearly so there really were no questions to ask from my perspective.

From my first contact with the team at Reflect I have been so well looked after, Jayne and the team have been with me every step of the way offering support both medically and mentally throughout the process, Jayne has been at the end of the phone whenever I have needed her even just for chat. Mr Lamb and Mr Apostlos are both really lovely, down to earth, they are caring and most of all honest, they managed my expectations at the end of the day I am 56 and only Harry Potter could give me the body of a 20yr old. I am currently one week post op having had TT, breast uplift, mini arm lift and lipo. I am feeling really well, walking straight and have minimal pain. Everyone has said how amazing I look, my husband cannot believe the difference, however I am too much of a wimp to look in the mirror yet. Having said that through my clothes I could not have wished for a better result. I can’t wait to see the full change in a couple of months once the swelling has gone down. I would like to thank Dr Gerard Lambe for the excellent care I received following my facelift procedure in April 2022. I cannot express how delighted I am with the outcome. The facelift has given me a younger appearance but more importantly it has boosted my self confidence. The surgery has left me with a natural but younger looking face. For anyone considering this, I would highly recommend Dr Lambe and Reflect Clinic.

Best decision I have ever made, only regret is not doing it sooner. I had breast augmentation and upper eye lid surgery back in September.
From the moment I met Gerard in my first consultation right through to the surgery I knew I had made the right decision and safe in the knowledge I was with one of, if not the the best surgeons in the country.
Gerard is supported by the Amazing Jayne!! From the first consultation through to the surgery and post surgery she is there with you every step of the way, was usually her checking in on me, than me ringing her! Every single stage of my journey from the consultancy, the surgery itself and the post op results and aftercare has been brilliant . Jayne is the most genuinely caring and efficient PA to Mr.Lambe and from day one I just knew I was in the best hands with him as my surgeon .I never felt pressured and I always felt fully informed by the team at Reflect so I went into surgery with complete confidence and I am now just buzzing with the results. I don't normally do reviews but felt I had to share my totally positive experience and yes 6 STARS from me !

Mr Lambe is excellent...FACT!

From my first consultation and throughout the process, he explained what was happening and why. He was honest, professional, kind and incredibly supportive and my results are amazing. Highly recommended.

I have thought about getting a tummy tuck for years, but I've never had the confidence to go ahead with it. After researching many surgeons, I finally decided to go for it. I found many great reviews about the reflect clinic and Mr Lambe, so booked a consultation and so glad I did. After the first consultation, I knew he was the surgeon for me. My husband and I travelled down from Scotland and straight away Mr Lambe put us both at ease about what surgery would entail and what kind of results to expect. I have never met a nicer surgeon, as he wanted make sure that I would get the best results. I booked in for a mummy makeover surgery, as this would help in finally seeing the result of my weight loss. I have never looked forward to having surgery, but was counting down the days with excitement. The morning of surgery, Mr Lambe and his team were great, chatting to me beforehand about what was going to be done and making sure that I was ready to go ahead. I stayed at the Aset Hospital and it was a great little hospital, where the team were very attentive and kind. I am now 4 months post op and I'm so happy with the results so far, and I've found the recovery a lot better than I expected. After 8 weeks I was able to start exercising again, and I've built myself back up into a regular routine, which is great. I can't fault Mr Lambe and his team as they have been great through the whole process. Even being so far away any queries I had Jayne replied to straight away, and I was able to do virtual consultations. It has been an amazing experience so far and I can't wait to see my final results.

Absolutely phenomenal!

I have pondered for years on getting surgery and after doing lots of research I came across Gerard, and I can say I was definitely not disappointed. I was nervous contacting at first and filled in a ‘contact us’ form via the reflect clinic website. I received a response pretty much straight away from his Clinic Manager, Jayne. She was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. Jayne was honest from the outset about everything I needed to know and she was really supportive and empathetic to my initial anxiety about discussing the procedure. We got a consultation booked in with Gerard really easily too :)

On the day of consultation I was very nervous, I was initially anxious about having a male surgeon for this sort of surgery but he put me right at ease. Gerard was again very honest and reassuring and great to talk to. I didn’t feel embarrassed at all even when I had to talk through and show what I would like doing. I trusted Gerard immediately and even more so when he mentioned he had daughters and that he ensures to treat his patients just as he would want his daughters to be treat in the same situation. He listened to all my concerns and give me all the information I needed. This really made me feel like he was the right surgeon for me.

My surgical appointment had to be changed several times due to personal commitments. Jayne was super accommodating and understanding about this and she really went out of her way to ensure I got a suitable date to fit in with my schedule.

On the day of surgery I was super nervous. The whole situation was relatively weird I won’t lie. The nurse at the hospital doing my pre op checks was lovely and really down to earth. She really took good care of me and did everything possible to put me at ease as well. When I went into the theatre and lay down on the bed my legs were shaking so much with nerves I couldn’t keep them still! However, not even 5 minutes in and I was relaxed like you wouldn’t believe. Gerard and the other medical staff in the room were again very reassuring. Once settled, I was literally trying not to fall asleep I was that relaxed! I didn’t expect that for sure! Ha Gerard chatted to me throughout the surgery and let me know how it was going and what he was doing which was again very reassuring. The surgery was over before I knew it and every aspect of it was a pleasant experience so to speak.

I am now 2 days post op. The care and support I have received from Gerard, Jayne and the hospital staff has been phenomenal! I cannot fault at all. And I cannot thank Gerard enough, he’s an angel! And a very lovely one at that too!

After my second c section I always hated my c scar and the excessive pouch I had. I decided to go to have a consultation after seeing the pictures a former patient showed me. It took a few month to get an appointment but it was worth the wait. Mr Lambe was understanding and told me what would work best for me which was full tummy tuck with lipo. I knew immediately he was the right surgeon for me he knew what I wanted why and explained everything to me.
The day of my operation I met all the team and they explained again what was going to happen. I had my operation at HCA wilmslow and the nurses and the person in charge of the menu were amazing.
I had my operation three weeks ago and already I can already see the results. The scar looks neat and has healed with no issues
Jayne has been my rock through the days and weeks after any question I had she could answer advise no matter how silly.
If you like me have been thinking of taking the plunge Mr Lambe and team are the right people. I cannot wait for the final result.

After having breast implants 14 years ago they were in desperate need of being replaced due to rupture.

After personally suffering severe trauma in my life due to hospital negligence I had been putting off surgery as I was utterly terrified. Over a period of 3 years I had seen countless surgeons, all of which I walked away from, I was starting to think I wouldn't ever be happy with any surgeon due to my fears. I came across Reflect after months of researching different clinics, I made contact with Jayne the clinic manager who is utterly lovely, from the outset nothing was too much trouble for her. After months of trying to schedule a consultation due to Covid restrictions and then a number of rescheduled appointments on my behalf, I finally got to see Mr Lambe, from the moment I sat down, I felt relaxed, his whole demeanour was so different to any other surgeon I had seen in the past, I knew he was the right surgeon for me.

I explained my worries and previous trauma and Mr Lambe was understanding and empathetic, he listened and gave me options the whole time speaking in layman's terms. I was made to feel that none of my questions or fears were silly. There was absolutely zero pressure whatsoever.

Once I had decided on the surgery, Mr Lambe referred me to a specialist councillor to discuss my fears - something which I had never come across with ANY other surgeons.

The support pre-op from Jayne surpassed expectations, going over and above her job. She is knowledgeable, supportive, caring and reassuring.

The day of the surgery the fear kicked in and the whole team at ASET were tremendous.

Post surgery, there has been minimal pain, constant contact from Jayne and post op appointments arranged.

I can honestly highly recommend REFLECT, the team are truly A Class
