After having children and never being overly excited by my breasts, I decided it was time to explore what improvement options were out there - Mr Lambe was recommended to me by two different people and so off I went to my Consultation with an open mind. We chatted through my (many) bodily concerns and expectations, vs what could be achieved, and he immediately put me at ease; I knew instantly upon sitting down that Mr Lambe was the Surgeon for me.

I found the Consultation + the before and after images to be extremely helpful - Mr Lambe took the time on more than one occasion to chat through my options and make sure we were both on the same page.

The second person who championed the decision making process was Jayne - Jayne organised my appointments and kept in touch pre and post surgery - she was extremely warm, caring and just all-round wonderful.

After chatting everything through w Mr Lambe and Jayne, I signed myself up for multiple procedures and felt confident with my decision.

When I arrived at ASET hospital on the day I was greeted and cared for by Carla, who I cannot praise and thank enough for making my stay feel like a breakaway from the chaos of day-to-day life. I instantly felt safe; the entire medical team were fantastic and I was in the right hands from start to finish.

I am now 5 days post-op and feeling fantastic - I am thrilled with how I have felt and what I can see so far, and I would do it all again. I am really looking forward to seeing Mr Lambe and his team in a few days time for my follow-up appointment.

Mr Lambe had been recommended by a friend. The service and quality of care surpassed my expectations. Mr Lambe is extremely professional, whilst at the same time is so easy to speak with. He made me feel very relaxed from the very first meeting onwards, I felt completely at ease even though this could have been an embarrassing meeting as it was a bust reduction.
Everything regarding the procedure was explained to me in detail and he was very honest and realistic about my expectations.
The team that supports Mr Lambe are equally as supportive, Jane is there to go through each stage in more detail and she offers such a personal touch to this procedure. It felt as if i knew Jane by the end of this process.
I had the operation at Wilmslow hospital and once again this whole experience was so smooth. Mr Lambe and his team performed the procedure and the after care was outstanding. Patrick the anaesthetist was extremely reassuring throughout the pre opp stage, who worked alongside Apostolos, who supports Mr Lambe with the actual surgery.
Outstanding team and I am very happy with the results.

As a mum of 8 including small twins, it was a big decision to finally give something back to me and thank my body for all its hard work. A body which had been stretched out of all proportion and now in desperate need of restoration!
From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke to Jayne I was put completely at ease, asking questions that might have seemed awkward or silly just felt totally natural. Jayne has an amazing attitude that is both highly knowledgeable yet extremely down to earth.

Now I’m in my second week of recovery and Jayne is there for me every time I need a chat or have any concerns no matter how small.
Although it’s early days I can already say that I am delighted with the results which will just continue to get better and better over the next few months.

From the first time meeting Mr Lambe I knew he was the right surgeon for me. I was recommended by a friend, the initial consultation was worlds apart from any of the other consultations I had been to. Mr Lambe was thorough and talked me though my options and what he thought was best. I found other surgeons wanted to rush to book me in without any options or guidance, and do the easiest option for them. What Mr Lambe offered me was way more than any other surgeon and more work for him but the best results for me.
Jayne was amazing throughout the whole booking in experience, she’s very friendly and makes you feel completely at ease.

The day of the surgery ran really smoothly, the hospital and nurses couldn’t do enough for me and were very attentive.
I have recovered really quickly and with very minimal pain. The after care has been great, and even had nurses visit my home to change dressings.
So far the results are incredible. I never believed that my breasts could look like this. After this being my 4th breast surgery due to previous complications from other surgeons. I can say that this one is by far the best I’ve ever looked.

I cannot praise Dr Lambe, Dr apostolos and their team enough! From the very beginning speaking to Jayne on the phone about having Labiaplasty she put me right at ease. There was no rushing me into booking a consultation or pressure either which I liked.

I have wanted this surgery for years and have always been so nervous, the day of my surgery even the nurses were so lovely and helpful. Dr Lambe makes you feel very at ease and chatty throughout the surgery as I was very nervous. If I’ve ever needed advice Jayne responds very quick and even ringing the hospital they’re very quick to respond.

After lots of research into finding a surgeon for my tummy tuck I decided on Mr Lambe and I am so glad. I certainly made the right decision. Mr Lambe made me feel very comfortable and fully explained the procedure in detail and outlined the potential risks. On the day of surgery I felt very relaxed and Mr Lambe who again explained in detail the surgery and answered any questions. Following surgery my recovery was relatively quick, scars healed really well and I am super happy with the once described "pit of doom" belly button. I have been thinking about this surgery for years, I finally plucked up the courage to go and see someone. The first call I made was to Jayne, she was brilliant she made me feel at ease right away she said “we do this everyday but we understand you don’t “ she completely understood me. I had been thinking about a tummy tuck and breast augmentation for a few years since having my daughter. I had lost weight and had a lot of excess skin, and lost the volume in my boobs, I’m only 30 and was a size 6 before pregnancy so this knocked my self confidence massively. I came across Dr Lambe and Reflect clinic through extensive research online.

I reached out to the clinic manager, Jayne, who was and has been amazing throughout this whole process. Not once was I rushed into any decision, I had consultations before to discuss exactly what I wanted and Jayne really made an effort to keep in contact. I had a traumatic emergency c section so was nervous about another operation, when I spoke to Dr Lambe my concerns immediately went. He makes you feel calm and relaxed, and fully informed throughout. I’ve met Drs in the past that you feel silly asking questions to, but Dr Lambe is really down to earth and keeps things simple when explaining the procedure.

I had everything that I needed in prep before the day thanks to the help of Jayne and Dr Lambe. On the day, every medical practitioner spent some time with me in the morning, even the pharmacist and the ward assistant that preorders your meal for afterwards! The anaesthetist and his assistant made me feel at ease and walked me to the theatre, they were great - this makes all the difference when you can’t have your family there. I was expecting to struggle with pain afterwards due to my past experience, but more or less straight afterwards I was eating and drinking, and even on my feet within a few hours.

Both Jayne and Dr Lambe keep in contact to make sure everything is ok, and were always there if I had any questions. I am now 6 weeks post op and the results are absolutely amazing. I’m already back at the gym and running, the recovery has been smooth. The whole experience has been enjoyable (I never thought I’d enjoy an op and recovery!), and I have regained my trust in medical care.

After an ectopic pregnancy, 2 pregnancies, an abdominal hysterectomy and carrying too much weight for many years my muscles had stretched and separated so my stomach was a source of embarrassment which left me feeling self conscious and often upset. I have spent years trying to hide the apron which had developed. It wasn't just how I looked, it was how it made me feel , I also experienced back pain if I stood or exercised for prolonged periods. No matter what I did, I had dieted reached a stable weight, had a personal trainer, attended the gym, felt fairly fit and strong but the one part of my body I could never change was my stomach, surgery was my only hope! I thought I had left it too late.
I picked up the phone, I spoke to Jayne who made me feel that despite my advancing years, I am 58, it was not too late to address my problem.She was wonderful throughout the process.
I was booked in at the Spire to see Mr Lambe and Dr Aopostolos, I have not looked back. I left feeling more positive and optimistic than I had in years and that was before the surgery. I felt understood, not judged but most of all in the best and most capable hands, assured that a good result could be achieved.
Having had surgery previously this was a completely different experience in terms of the care I received and the recovery which followed. The results are beyond anything I would have thought was possible. I am so pleased that I went ahead, it was the best gift to myself, I am looking forward to the future in a way that I could not have imagined would have been possible. I wish I hadn't left it so long, however now it's about look forward to my life without the baggage and insecurities which I have carried with me for the last two decades.
From the start of my journey, at the various stages of the process and to getting the final result I have had a really good experience. All I can say is Mr Lambe and the team at the Reflect clinic, are the very best at what they do. I can't speak more highly of them and what they have done for me feels like a miracle, honestly.

Since having my second child 23 years ago, I was always very conscious of my tummy. It looked like a deflated balloon, and although I am not big, am a very active person, and worked for years with a personal trainer, I was still very unhappy.
I had also developed a big lump under my breasts which was uncomfortable when sitting down at night, even affecting my breathing.
When I got divorced I needed to boost my self confidence. I was fed up of wearing clothes to hide my shape.
Going to see Mr Lambe was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I had an initial appointment at Spire, Manchester, where I talked through my insecurities. Mr Lambe explained exactly what he could do, and the results I could expect. There was no pressure, but I was determined I wanted to go ahead. Covid then hit and everything was delayed for 18 months, by which time I was a little heavier and even more unhappy.
I required 2 procedures a couple of months apart, the first carried out in November at Spire, Manchester was liposuction on the pocket of fat below my breasts, and involved an overnight stay. Mr Lambe came to explain everything to me in detail in the morning. By lunchtime I was able to eat and had a wonderful dinner. It was like a hotel stay. There was minimal pain, and after a quick visit from Mr Lambe the following morning I was off home.
The second abdominoplasty was done 6 weeks later. A much bigger operation and again involved an overnight stay, although walking was easy, getting up and down was more tricky for a couple of weeks. When completing the surgery, it was discovered there had been an issue since childbirth. This has now been corrected, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. My confidence has returned and I am looking forward to summer and wearing clothes I enjoy rather tan those which hide my shape.
I have suffered from back pain for years, and have been visiting a chiropractor for the last two and a half years. When I returned to see him last week, he told me he has never seen such a vast improvement in somebody post op.
Jayne you were marvelous throughout, especially trying your best to fit me in post covid. Always on the end of the phone, and messaging me to make sure I was ok.

I saw a number of surgeons prior to seeing Mr Lambe at reflect clinic and can honesty say I felt instantly at ease throughout my consultation.

Mr Lambe took his time and explained everything to me but most importantly he made me feel so comfortable about going ahead with my procedure.

I had a scan 6 months prior to my breast augmentation on my shoulder that accidentally found ruptured breast implants which left me feeling extremely anxious.

Mr Lambe’s secretary Jayne is truly amazing.. i started suffering with a lot of anxiety as my procedure date was approaching.

I sent Jayne an email and she called me straight away. We had a little chat and I don’t know how or what Jayne did or said but somehow my anxiety faded away.. it was like I had a little therapy session, I felt so relaxed and positive as I just knew I was in the best hands.

My procedure went so smoothly, I was taken to theatre around 10:30am. I was back by noon, I slept until around 2:30pm and then I was up having an early dinner. I was able to walk around and I spent the evening sat up in the chair watching tv until 11pm. I was so shocked at how quickly I came round and how well I felt so soon after surgery.

The staff at HCA wilmslow Hospital were all fantastic, they made my stay an enjoyable experience.

I am currently 4 days post op , with only a little swelling and barely any bruising.

I am so excited to see my final result!

Honestly I have been blown away and I would 100% recommend Mr Lambe, his team and wilmslow hospital if you are considering surgery.

Over the moon with my results and it has only been 12 days!
After years of feeling insecure with how my breast looked mainly because of my inverted nipples. This was a major concern for me. Then, after having children my breast became less fuller and one issue became two... I started doing some initial research and I went to a consultation at a cosmetic clinic. They didn't make me feel comfortable and the consultation wasn't very personal. I left like they were selling me a product and was left a little disappointed. After some time, I came across Dr Lambe by searching for the best surgeon in the North West and decided to follow his Reflect Clinic page where it shows some of his work. I knew he was going to be the one after browsing through. He is a perfectionist! And I wanted a surgeon that will give me a natural and perfect look. I called lovely Jayne and made an appointment for a consultation. The whole process with Jayne was very easy, professional, friendly and I felt very comfortable and safe. I knew this time it was going to happen. Jayne was very efficient, very friendly and supportive with everything leading to the big day and also after the the operation; she is constantly checking on me to make sure I am doing well. she's very caring an genuinely nice. Amazing staff, amazing results.
I had been looking to get surgery done for many years and had met previously with 2 surgeons. Neither of them I felt were right. Whilst searching I instantly found Mr Lambe. I felt he seemed the right person to reach out to. Instantly Jayne was very helpful in arranging everything. The time came for my first appointment. I had been thinking about having a labiaplasty for a number of years and I finally got the courage to pick up the phone and call Jayne in November 2021. I had done some research on the top surgeons for this procedure so I knew that I wanted to go with Mr Lambe and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

From the moment I spoke to Jayne she instantly made me feel like I was in safe hands. She was warm and kind, exactly how you would want someone to be when discussing a sensitive topic. We arranged a consultation and within a few weeks I went to see Mr Lame. Again, I can’t fault the care and support I received from him. There was never any pressure for me to go ahead with the surgery and he listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at any point during the consultation as there was plenty of time to ask questions and talk about my concerns.

I had the surgery in January 2022. On the day of the surgery, Mr Lambe and his team were caring, supportive and made me feel at ease. I found the recovery to be easier than I expected and I knew that Jayne was always at the other end of the phone if I had any questions. She regularly called or text me to make sure I was okay.

It was an all round positive experience and even though it’s been less than 2 months post-op, I can confidently say it has already changed my life. I can’t thank Mr Lambe and Jayne enough for all that they have done for me.

Well this is going to be one of the easiest reviews I’ve ever had to write and probably the longest! I have recently had a breast reduction & mini tummy with Dr Gerard Lambe and I absolutely could not be happier!

I have wanted a breast reduction since I was very young, probably around 14 years old (age 30 now) as I had big boobs and just got unwanted attention, I have never been able to wear what I’ve wanted to wear for all of these years, I’ve dreaded events, parties, holidays and such like because finding something to wear was a massive chore! I have always had big boobs, and I have always maintained a healthy weight but even at my lightest (7 stone- I STILL had big, heavy and saggy breasts- I had tried everything to get them smaller and hid away in baggy tops. I knew I had to have surgery.

I done my research & I visited a surgeon in Stirling before I chose Ged for my surgery and she was definitely not the lady for me, didn’t answer anything in full, didn’t seem interested and charged me for the crappy consultation. I then rang Jayne and omg she is amazing! From the very first phone call I knew this was a great company and one I wanted to deal with, Jayne was warm and welcoming and very down to earth & relatable! I booked in for my consultation to get the ball rolling.

I met Ged and he was lovely, he was professional & made me feel very at ease as I got easily embarrassed about myself. He did not make me feel like this, he took his time and made sure I knew everything about the procedure. While I was there I asked about my tummy as I had had two emergency sections and the bottom part of my tummy was a bit buldgey. He said he would be happy to take care of this for me also which I was thrilled about. So I was booked to go ahead with breast reduction & mini tummy on 17th January. He was humble and normal, I felt I could really talk to him, he was caring, a good listener and I felt like I’d known him for years. I knew 100% that I wanted to go ahead with him from our first meeting.

Come 16th Jan I was struck down with a sickness bug and I myself had to cancel my surgery! I was so upset, Jayne rang me right away, she was so empathetic about this as I was devastated and assured me she would do her absolute best to get me back in and she did, she worked hard sorting appointments and working things out, phone calls back and forward, she kept me in the loop and we finally had a date- 12th March which was perfect for me!

I’ve finally had my surgery done. The hospital staff before and after my surgery were fantastic also, nothing was too much trouble for them and they looked after me very well, I can’t fault them.

I was a little nervous going in to get my surgery but Ged, Dr Opostolos & the anaesthetist- Patrick all came to meet me that morning and put my mind at ease, they went through everything properly and I was ready to go in. My expectations have been exceeded! I’m around a C cup now having been a 36FF when I arrived the day prior which is unbelieveable. My boobs look so good they could be passed off as fake, I’m over the moon and my tummy is finally tight and back to the way it was pre kids ha! The whole process from start to finish has been second to none and I can’t thank them all enough. Jayne takes her time to get to know you and she made me laugh so much, she’s professional and approachable. I can’t stress enough how good this team is. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and have recommended them to family members who I know are thinking of a procedure themselves. Pick up the phone if you are thinking about any type of surgery with this dream team, it’ll be the best thing you do. This has been a long time coming for me and I’m so glad I chose Gerard Lambe. So far I had my dressings changed and the hospital were great and Mr Lambe was happy with the way I am healing up, I feel very good, really surprised at the process so far, I’ve been off pain medication from day 5 and day to day feel good. My nipples are responding to cold and I have feeling in them too (not that I was bothered if that went away anyway as I knew that was a risk) so that’s a good sign also which I’m really pleased about.
My stomach is pretty much healed I will be honest, it is so flat! No pain at all in anything I do like sneezing, coughing or walking. Finally met Jayne too and she’s just as lovely in person, she has been checking up on me too which is really nice.
Day 11 post op and couldn’t be happier!

From the first time I spoke to Jayne (Practice Manager) on the phone, I knew that Reflect Clinic was right for me. Not only did I get amazing results (abdominoplasty and liposuction), but I also received unbelievable support from Jayne throughout my whole journey.
My Lambe is an absolutely incredible surgeon, and whilst I knew I was going to be impressed with the results of my surgery, he has even managed to exceed all my expectations, with how great a job he has done. I feel happier with my body than I have done for many many years.
Mr Lambe is clearly an expert in what he does, and he is professional, relaxed and very calm. He answered all of my questions in the consultations and explained things in a way that was straightforward and easy to understand, and in turn took away any anxiety that I was feeling about having the surgery.
Then, in addition to that, there is the lovely Jayne, who has been there for me at every step of my journey. She is professional and caring, and understood all the things that I was going through at every stage, and was always on hand to give me help, support and advice, or even just a quick chat to talk about how I was feeling.

I had surgery with Reflect Clinic in January 2022. I was really happy with the communication and care I received before, during and after my procedure. Mr Lambe made me feel at ease and I knew I could trust him, I am really over the moon with the results from the surgery. Jayne was there every step of the way to support and answer any questions I had. I would definitely use Reflect again.

The recovery was better than expected as Dr Lambe had been particularly careful and therefore bruising was minimal. Good results and he’d said any scarring was better than expected. Happy all round!
