I telephoned to make a reservation for a car which I needed urgently to replace a car which had broken down.

When I arrived at the depot, car was still being prepared -a minor inconvenience but still frustrating

However, worse was to come! I then went to the office and completed all the paperwork, and the end of the process I was asked to provide a second form of identification showing my home address.

At no time until that point was I told that such information would be necessary. It would have been easy for me to bring the required information from home had I been told.

I offered to provide alternative means of identification, or to look up my professional registration on the Internet, which included my work address but no that was deemed to be sufficient.The staff were unable or inflexible to be able to find a solution which provided you with reassurance required, whilst allowing me to hire a car.

I was told by the manager the woman who had taken my phone call had informed me, but I can assure you that she had not.

I therefore wasted about an hour unsuccessfully trying to hire a car before walking out with nothing but frustration.

Nav system not working, no radio for the 16hr journey, designated delivery carpark was too low for the van

Easy to book. Vehicle presented in a spotless condition. Flexible with time of return. We were able to return the vehicle after work hours and finalize the return formalities the next morning.

We rented a car for 5 days from Redspot (Enterprise) Car Rentals in Hobart. Ebony, the front of house Representative was super efficient, super pleasant, super courteous, and made the entire process of renting the car super easy. I booked a car in Perth with Enterprise, they were lovely when I picked it up, fine when I dropped it off with no damage and then with no details or communication they charge me over 4000 AUD for damage via Redspot Car Hire Perth. Just stole the money. No details, nothing,so nothing I can dispute, no information on the damage, not money owed from enterprise, just their partners smacking me up the maximum allowed dollar for the excess. I thought by going with a big brand I would avoid this kind of corruption. Avoid at all costs is my advice, they are crooks.

Iy was very easy to book and the chap instore was quick and efficient. Thank you. The car was neat but the suspension of the car made it a bumpy trip.
