I received a full refund on my rental
I received a full refund on my rental. We were just 4 hours from our unit to start our week vacation, when we received a call that my dad pasted away unexpectedly. So glad I took the insurance!! After my claim was made, I received my refund in a timely manner. I would highly recommend taking the insurance.

Filing a claim was relatively easy and straightforward. Company review and responses to claim were timely. Subsequent questions asking for more detailed medical information made me feel distrusted and that the only way I could have made a decision about the state of my health was to have had a medical professional shadowing me at all times. Impossible!

I will never use this service again. I still don't have my full refund.
First we were told that we would only be reimbursed part of the money for the reservation. Then it took multiple phone calls and multiple excuses as to why we were not getting the full amount. Twice I was told the check is on the way. Well I still haven't received it. It makes me wonder how many people just accept that they will not get a full refund and you end up with their money. I am still waiting for my money.

Use caution when purchasing Red Sky Travel Insurance
I experienced a very unsatisfactory experience. The reason for using Red Sky Travel Insurance is to insure your travel in case of an emergency,etc. Asking for financial information (proof of purchase) should be sufficient for proof of purchase. Asking for a death certificate is absolutely not acceptable. I am very disappointed with Red Sky Insurance.

Charleston Trip
For our trip to Charleston, SC we had a medical emergency with our service dog that would have made travel during our vacation unadvisable. We consulted our travel destination provider and they encouraged us to file a claim with the travel insurance provider RedSky. The claim forms were simple to complete and requested documentation easy to upload. The RedSky team asked a lot of questions and we answered them to the best of our ability. With all the questions we were skeptical of getting a refund, but in hindsight they were just doing their job. We happy the team refunded our trip cost and will definitely use them on our next trip.

You need more than sunscreen at the beach!
We have been insuring our beach vacations with Arch Red Sky Insurance for some years now and have been very satisfied with their service. It is unfortunate, but true, that storms are more frequent in the fall. We have relied on our insurance to cover trip interruptions and trip cancellations due to hurricanes and nor'easter storms.
