Specific charging rules,
1. Small Transaction Fee
To discourage excessive minor transactions, we will introduce a fee for small transactions under $1. Starting from the sixth transaction of this nature within a calendar month, an additional charge of $0.20 will apply for each subsequent transaction. This initiative aims to promote more efficient spending habits among users.
2. Declined Transaction Fee
To reduce the number of declined transactions, a fee will be applied after multiple declined attempts. Beginning with the fourth declined transaction in a month, users will incur an additional charge of $0.50 for each further declined transaction. This policy encourages users to maintain sufficient funds in their accounts for smoother transaction processing.
Reasons for declined transactions include but are not limited to:
Insufficient balance
Frozen cards
Lost cards
Inputting incorrect card information
Card payment restrictions
3. Negative Balance Policy
To uphold account integrity, accounts that go into a negative balance will be temporarily frozen. Users will have 30 days to rectify the deficit by topping up their accounts. If no action is taken within this timeframe, or if there are five additional declined transactions after the account becomes negative—whichever comes first—the card will be canceled and card functions disabled immediately. Users will need to repay any owed fees and maintain a minimum balance of $10 to reactivate their account functions."

Redot Pay is Night Mare

much fees for nothing , stupids rules like failed payments

i just click by fault to do a payment and they decrease my balance with -0.50$, order an other visa card will cost you other 5.00$ , also fees of transfer and rules of transfering money are killing your wallet. very bad service , Benefit from countries where other cards are present by providing services with high taxes, thats really nightmare for clients . 1 star , if i can put 0 i will.

I've been using Redotpay for 2 years now with no problems, I used it on amazon,google pay, streaming srevices, used it with paypal either to pay or withdraw from paypal to the card, amazing app with many options for deposit and withdraw.
