Stay away from RedDotPay

Stay away from RedDotPay. I got fraudulent charges of summing around 1200 USD to a card that had already been cancelled. My account was not hacked. It is on high security settings. Can't get a hold of customer service. Only scripted replies.

I have provided such good services on…

I have provided such good services on your platform, nobody has raised any complaint or generated any dispute against me in the app till now, nothing has happened, okay, everyone likes my services, despite that you have closed my account, don't I have enough right that you review my case once, if there is any mistake from my side or there could be a systematic error, because I don't think I have made any such mistake, due to a systematic error or if someone has filed a false complaint, discuss it with me, take proof from me, release the account, what kind of thing is this, the biggest exchanges, if any such activity happens or the system detects something, they immediately tell you the complete reason, that's why they are on top, how will your platform grow when you perform such activities.Look, when I was the top merchant on the platform, I had the highest transaction completion rate, release time, pay time, volume - everything was highest and I was recommended. But they conspired against me and got my account closed by complaining against me, even though I didn't do anything wrong. No one initiated a dispute against me, you can check in the P2P app. Because of RedotPay, my JS Bank account is still blocked due to a December 10th transaction.
I am requesting you to resolve this matter and reactivate my p2p function and give me the exact reason of ban

Ongoing theft of funds and refusal to fix a confirmed system error - Case #91714213

RedotPay is holding my funds illegally and charging me for their system errors. On April 13, their system double-charged me $10.00. Agent 'Dinesh' officially admitted it was a SYSTEM ERROR and promised a refund within 72 hours (Case #91714213).

The deadline passed, and now they are backtracking. My account balance is now negative because of their mistake, and they are charging me $0.50 'Declined Fees' for every automated business payment that fails due to their hold on my funds. They are paralyzed my server hosting payments and refusing to fix a glitch they already confessed to. Total scam behavior and unprofessional support from Jeremy and the team. AVOID if you value your money.

We sincerely apologize for your negative experience.
As clarified in our previous communication, the two transactions were separate payment requests submitted by the merchant via card network channels. RedotPay never generates or duplicates transactions on its own; our platform only processes authorization and settlement requests initiated by merchants. These two charges are independent and not caused by repeated authorization from our side. We acknowledge there was incorrect information provided by our support team during earlier conversations.
We take full responsibility for this communication error, including the incorrect assessment that the issue stemmed from a system failure. Internal improvements are now in place to prevent similar mistakes. A compensation adjustment has been credited to your account to resolve this matter fully.
We understand the failed transaction fee policy added to your frustration. Per standard platform rules, fees apply to multiple consecutive unsuccessful transactions. Your app balance updates in real time after every authorized transaction, and insufficient funds will automatically decline future charges. We recommend checking your balance before making payments to avoid similar issues moving forward.

Fraud penalty fees on FROZEN cards - Terrible safety!

Even though I followed all safety protocols and
IMMEDIATELY FROZEN my card, RedotPay's system continued to charge me a $0.50 "Declined Transaction Fee" for every single failed attempt by the fraudster.
My balance dropped to -$37.59 while the card was supposedly locked!
When I contacted support, they admitted that
"freezing the card cannot prevent merchants from initiating authorization" and refused to waive the fees, despite it being a clear technical failure in their protection system. They basically told me to pay for the fraudster's attempts.
If you are looking for a secure prepaid card, look elsewhere. RedotPay will not protect you from fraud; they will profit from it by charging you penalty fees on a frozen card.

Hello, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience.
Card freezing is a standard card management measure. Once frozen, your card can no longer be authorized successfully, and merchants will not be able to deduct funds from it.
However, authorization requests initiated by merchants will be automatically declined, which may result in declined transaction fees.
Your card had recurring charges from subscription services, so we recommend that you contact the merchant to cancel these subscriptions to avoid further declined transaction fees.
You mentioned during our chat that you wanted us to help you delete the card to prevent further deductions.
We have now deleted the card for you.
If you have any other issues you need our help with, please contact us in time. We will be glad to assist you.

Constant Declines & Unfair Fees!

I am giving RedotPay 1 star because of their frustrating fee structure and poor card acceptance. Their card gets frequently declined on many websites, which is annoying enough. But to make things worse, they charge a $0.50 penalty fee every single time a transaction is declined!
It is completely unfair to penalize users when a merchant rejects the card or an authorization fails. Instead of providing a smooth payment experience, it feels like they are just finding ways to deduct money from the balance. Definitely not recommended!

Key Issues:

Poor Acceptance: The card gets declined on multiple websites and platforms.
Unfair Charges: They deduct $0.50 for every single declined transaction.
Frustrating Experience: Unreliable for regular online payments.

Serious Security Breach - Unauthorized Transactions on My Account

I had a very bad experience with RedotPay.

I received a notification about transactions I did NOT authorize. When I logged into my account, I found two transactions that were made without my permission: one for 20.20 and another for 0.52. There was also a third transaction attempt that got rejected, thankfully because I did not have enough balance.

This is extremely concerning. I protect my personal and financial data 1000%, so this is clearly not coming from my side. This indicates a serious security issue on your platform.

I immediately contacted customer support, but I received no clear response and no real help. There is no proper protection for users’ cards, and the support is very slow and unhelpful.

I am still waiting for a refund and a proper explanation.

I do NOT recommend this service at all.

After using RedotPay for over a year…

After using RedotPay for over a year with 0 issues, suddenly i get smacked in the face with a "prove your transaction" verification, asking me for proof of funds and proof of residency. After submitting various amounts of documents, they repeatedly denied the documents, to the point where I have no documents left to send them.

Support kept redirecting me back to the "submission form" to the point where I just withdrew the remaining balance on my account and deleted my account.

Very unprofessional

Untrustworthy company

Untrustworthy company. I was a customer for three years, live in Paraguay, and am actively and verifiably involved in the DeFi space in many areas. Suddenly and without prior notice, they requested various documents from me. I was actually able to provide all of them. In the end, it still wasn’t enough, and I kept getting bothered with further requests. I then decided to cancel all my cards and switch providers. I don’t need to put up with that kind of hassle. Absolutely not recommended.

Title: Funds Blocked: 5 Days of False Promises(RedotPay ID: 1550740866)

My RedotPay card (ending 3436) is constantly declined on AliExpress/Temu despite a $61.22 USDT balance. The system incorrectly reports "Insufficient Funds" because the crypto-to-fiat authorization bridge is broken. I have spent 5 days in chat with agents (William, Lina, Jeremy) who only provide scripted "wait 24-48 hours" excuses without any real fix. This is a breach of service. RedotPay ID: 1550740866. Fix this internal authorization block immediately or I will pursue legal action for holding my funds hostage.

24 days of withholding my funds - Avoid this platform!

Headline: 24 days of withholding my funds - Avoid this platform!

RedotPay has been holding my funds (499 ILS) in an "Authorized" state for 24 days, even though the merchant (GoDaddy) issued a full refund receipt (#4033905577R) on March 9th.

Their "Senior Level 2 Specialist" Sharon (Ticket #346068044652971) explicitly stated my case was "highest priority," yet she refused to perform a manual release and told me to wait until the 30-day automatic timeout. This is a complete failure of customer service and an unauthorized hold on consumer funds.

I am now filing formal complaints with financial regulators. Do not trust them with your money if you expect professional support.

USDT all lost, Redotpay has no liability

I rarely write reviews but I need to put this here as a warning regarding RedotPay.

The virtual card had numerous fraudulent transactions over a span of few days. When contacting their "Customer support", you'll be brought on a journey down a rabbithole of slow responses, vague explanations, time-wasting "Please fill up this .docx" and all leads inevitably to 1 single outcome, your assets are gone.

It's a Hong Kong-based shell company with no address or phone number. The only contact channel is the chat button in the mobile app which looks like it's from the 1900s.

Oh and the icing on the cake ? they will charge you $0.1 for EVERY declined fraudulent transactions. Even when the card is already frozen, the fraudster will still be able to charge to it and you'll get a double-whammy from Redot and the fake transaction.

Your assets are not safe here, it's a scammer paradise.

I honestly don’t even know where to…

I honestly don’t even know where to start — this has been one of the most frustrating and illogical experiences I’ve ever had with any service.

They replaced my card with a new one, clearly instructed me (via email and their own website) to update all subscriptions and payments, and then completely removed the old card from the app. Sounds fine, right? Wrong.

Despite the old card no longer existing in my account and there being no way to even access or delete it, any attempt by merchants to charge it gets declined… and I get charged a declined fee every single time. So I’m basically paying for a problem THEY created and gave me zero control over fixing.

Support? Absolutely useless. It genuinely felt like talking to a wall. No ownership, no solution, no understanding of basic logic. My brain couldn’t even process how their explanations made sense — because they didn’t.

It’s 2026, but this service feels like something from the 2000s… actually, that’s unfair — even services back then handled things better.

Charging customers for your own system flaws while providing no way to fix the issue is beyond unacceptable. This isn’t just bad service — it’s broken at a fundamental level.

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Avoid if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Dear Amine,

We sincerely apologize for the frustrating and unpleasant experience you have encountered.

We would like to explain that the card upgrade service we provide is a new free card. After upgrading, you will receive a new card, but your old card remains valid. For this reason, we kindly remind you to unbind the old card from all previously linked subscriptions and merchant platforms. If merchants continue to attempt charges on the old card, authorization requests and related transactions may still occur.

If you need to delete the old card from your account, please feel free to contact our support team. We are more than willing to assist you in resolving this issue properly. Please email customercare@redotpay.com with your UID and your issue.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and trouble this has caused you.

WARNING: DO NOT USE REDOTPAY - Support & Management refuse to help

WARNING TO ALL USERS: Avoid RedotPay if you value your assets. For over 30 days, their support team (Hazel, Jeremy, etc.) has been stalling, and even their MANAGEMENT has officially refused to help. They have now CLOSED my ticket without any resolution.
The Case:
My property is clearly visible on the blockchain (Solscan) and has been sitting untouched for over a month in an orphaned address. This proves it is a 'Ghost Address' linked to their system's infrastructure, not a third-party wallet. Despite clear technical evidence and one of their own agents (Nanthini) confirming that a manual recovery is possible, the management has decided to hide behind scripted excuses and shift the blame.
It is an absolute disgrace that a platform claiming to be a secure custodian refuses to perform a simple technical sweep of funds trapped within its own ecosystem. If they can't handle minor technical edge cases, they are not fit to manage customer funds.
I don't want an apology; I want my property credited to my UID. I will update this 1-star review daily across Reddit, Twitter, and the crypto community to warn others about how RedotPay and its management ignore users once their money is trapped.

Dear Kr Diaa,

We fully understand how upset and anxious you are regarding this fund issue, and we sincerely empathize with your situation.

After thorough investigation and verification, we can confirm that the deposit address holding your funds does not belong to RedotPay.
Your actual deposit address differs by one character from the official address assigned to you in our system.

To clarify the ownership: on the blockchain, each address is uniquely generated and cryptographically independent. Even a single letter difference creates a completely separate address. RedotPay only controls the official deposit addresses assigned to your account, and we do not hold the private key to this incorrect address you deposited to.

Therefore, we are technically unable to access, transfer or process any assets in that address.

We truly regret that we cannot assist with this matter further due to technical limitations, and we appreciate your understanding.
