This is an efficient online service. You give any instructions needed for pickup. I left out my old clothes for collection and they picked them up on the day requested. Very helpful.

The man collecting was very moody, did not say hello or talk only to tell me he wouldn’t take a cushion. You wouldn’t have thought i had donated 8 sacks of items to charity. Wouldn’t use again
