Very easy to book and I called at 8:30am and they instantly gave me a timeslot, but just remember they can come 20 minutes before your timeslot starts too! Very friendly and efficient!

First time used. Easy to book. E mailed ref number to put on bags. Given a rough time driver will arrive. Updated several times. Friendly pick up driver. Would recommend. Stress free

This is a private limited company set up to sell waste. Not for any charitable purpose. Check companies house. Ask the charities on their website how much they actually got.

So I Booked a collection quickly through the site. I was called within hours stating they couldn't collect On the date I specified and they would come on the next day. I moved around some things and made it work.

They called me on the day of collection to verify I'm Home and that they have 3 other collections, before mine. I waited all day I didn't get to have a chance to run the errands I needed to do.

They called me and muted the phone so it seems like. I called back 7 Times.. Phone was busy. An hour or so after my last attempt I receive a call telling me they can't make it and they can collect sometime next week.

This was so unprofessional and highly disappointing.
Wasted the whole day. As they said they would be with me soon. Inconsiderate to assume you can pick up anytime next week.

I absolutely love this service, I cannot believe some of the reviews are so negative about the pick up time. Today is my first time using the service, I called at 8am and the lovely person on the other end confirmed the pick-up would be between 10 & 2, which suited me perfectly. For those people complaining about having to be in all day, don’t book a collection on a day that’s not convenient and remember what good this service is doing. It takes so much hassle out of donating to worthwhile causes. Will definitely use again.

Made the booking 07.08.24 for collection on 08.0824, collection times are between 8am-8pm.
I rang them on my collection day to just get a rough idea and got the confirmation of the morning slot. So happy with the service as I didn't know company actually collected stuff for free, I will defiantly be using this company again for all our donations and will defo recommend this company

I couldn’t recommend them enough. I had old clothes that I wasn’t wearing and I didn’t want to throw them. I found We Collect We Donte and it was the best choice! It was very quick and simple. I will definitely use them again and I feel better knowing the clothes I no longer wear went to waste

2nd time I've used We Collect We Donate, easy to book, both times I called in the morning to ask for the time slot, both times received a call that they are on their way. Super helpful and appreciated. I hope the clothes go to people who need them.

This was so helpful and so fast they immediately called me and scheduled my booking. On Friday the driver called himself and was so helpful in picking up all the bags.would use wecollectwedonate again. Thankyou so much :-)

Booked it online and 10-15mins after I received a call from them to confirm my information and book the collection day. They normally give you the time slot between 8am-8pm but say that you can call them on the day to confirm the time. I called this morning and they gave me the time slot between 4-8pm which helped me to organise my day. The driver calls you before he arrives and he was very nice and polite. Very useful service when you don’t have a car or don’t know where to take your clothes. I was really satisfied and will definitely be using them again.
