Great prices, even better customer service!

Redline has very competitive prices but even better customer service. Yves was fantastic in communicating the many changes to my order - I must have been a pain but never once was I made to feel like a nuisance. Thank you again Yves! I’ll be a repeat customer because of your amazing customer service.

Order issues solved

Had an order that was taking quite some time so I reached out and found out some unfortunate news and was able to get it situated. Very good and easy customer service. Got back to me at a reasonable time with plenty of help.

Great Customer Service

The individual was very helpful and adjusted accordingly. They offered different options when it came to solving the none in stock issue. The individual also responded in a quick and timely manner and was always very polite.

2000 Honda Prelude carbon fiber hood

Great website to order parts from I ordered a carbon fiber hood and it got to my house faster then i thought. There support team is amazing when it comes to questions or concerns about something ordered.Will definitely be back for more parts.

Redline360 has treated me very well

Redline360 has treated me very well. I ordered an item and got a follow up email saying the part was out of stock. This to me is great customer service. The email also included a few alternative options if I didn’t want to wait for the original part to be back in stock. So I went with one of the alternatives and immediately received an email showing my order was received and part was being shipped out. Lastly, I’m on the east coast and the part is supposed to be here 3 days later!! I could not have asked for a better experience. Yves was great and handled my order very well. I will most certainly be ordering more in the future.

James was very helpful in notifying me…

James was very helpful in notifying me of the downtime of the BC Racing Coilover custom kit with the swift springs and optional extenders for my 2013 Mazda Mazda 3 2.0L Skyactiv, he also made sure the fitment was correct for my model and trim.

Yves was an amazing help

Yves was an amazing help, i received an email saying that the axelback i wanted was out of stock. They emailed me within 20 minutes of my order informing me of this, and switched me over to a different axelback and EVEN priced matched it. i don’t think i’ve ever had such amazing service from anyone ever. 1000% recommend

I’ve been wrenching on cars for decades and I think I may have had the single best customer
Service interaction with Tim G, to date!
I’m looking for a particular coilover setup for a rather rare car and Tim brought everything/all the options to the table. He was quick, thorough, intentional and personal which is hard to find. Highly recommend Tim and Redline360. 11/10
