I’m a repeat customer, had an issue with FedEx, but the customer service with redline360 was beyond any expectations. Responded to my error purchase(accidentally used coworkers credit card) and cancelled the order in 30 seconds of that email. Re-ordered and had a shipping issue with FedEx. Cherry stepped up fast and helped walk me through the process to resolve the issue. I will be a repeat buyer again in the near future. And would highly recommend RedLine360 to anyone who’s parts are on their website.

Shit company they make you pay for returns on item they send that was wrong. Also they won't give you your money back until 12 to 15 days of receiving the item. Now my car is in the shop I have to pay for them to keep it there because of this company. Customer service sucks to Cherry from red360 is horrible won't help at all took her 4 day to respond. I ordered a set of SpecD headlights and tailights for my 2020 Subaru WRX. The ones I found on this site looked awesome and had good prices/sales. They look great and fit perfectly. Install was pretty easy, only thing is you need a wire tap for the blinkers but those are included. Super bright and easy to adjust.
