I was able to get what I needed very quickly after hearing that what I originally ordered was currently unavailable, which wasn’t redlines fault. However, Yves sent me an email and let me know there was another color variant of the part in-stock, and she was able to switch my order for that variant instead. The process was very easy and she was quick to respond, so the part was able to ship just as quickly. I am very happy with the customer service that Yves provided and I’m excited to receive my new quick release!

HORRIBLE COMPANY
Ordered brand new unopened box of K&N air filters for my 2021 Mercedes AMG GT. Got the package, the box was completely destroyed, taped together and the air filters were completely wrong. They sent me K&N 3140 which are for Mercedes AMG E63. I have contacted them several times and sent pictures of the wrapped, unused filters, the box and the correct filters, which I ordered from somewhere else. They still have not refunded my money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDER FULFILLMENT.
Redline 360 and Spec D
This company, and or the Manufacturer Spec D are not honest. We bought headlights that their site said would fit and when they didn’t, we ship them back and then they send us pictures of scratch headlights saying they won’t give us a return so I tell them well if I’m paying for them I want them shipped back so when we receive them, there’s not a scratch on either headlight so since these things are kind of spiny, we decide to have them professionally installed to see if we can make them work well one of the headlights doesn’t work so I think they kept the good ones and sent a shitty ones someone’s lying here. I got pictures saying they were scratch and I have pictures of what we got back that are not scratched so I would advise you not to use either company

Price went up 40% after we ordered it
We ordered a part, a Hurst shifter for $537.34 the next day we received a confirmation email telling us they would let us know when the item was shipped. Then a couple of days later we got an email from Tim Griffith telling us that "due to all the new tariffs" the price was going to increase to $749.95 and they hadn't "gotten around" to changing the price on their website. That's about a 40% increase! I doubt very much, this made in America part had a 40% increase because of tariffs and.............even if it did you should stand by your published price. So I told them to cancel the order. 2 days later I got another email confirmation that the order was being shipped. I emailed them AGAIN asking what price they were charging me? He responded with....we've canceled your order. I'll pay the higher price but from another company that can keep their prices straight and stand by their published prices.
