I first enquired about an apartment on 'A place in the sun' website and little did I know I would receive a phone-call from a good agent named Richard. At first I thought he was just after a sale, however, I learnt that he was very honest and helpful. He was there anytime of the day to assist me with any queries. He was very patient and understanding. He made sure I was getting something that was suitable for me and not trying to over sell anything to me that I did not need. He explained and made me see things from a logical point of view, and laid out all my options so I know what I was dealing with. If that makes sense. I was sceptical when it came to signing the contract but he assured that I wont find anything wrong or anything hidden so I hired a lawyer to do all the paperwork and sure enough it was all straightforward. He said I should use a lawyer he knows as they have been dealing with them for a while, but he did not pressure me to use them and was happy for me to find my own lawyer. After the sale he was still ready to help me with any queries. I would recommend him to help you get your house, apartment, villa etc. Leave it to the expert. He clearly knows what he is doing.

They helped me a lot for purchase of abroad property (first timer),answered all my queries and helped me in every possible way. I would definitely recommend Redland to anyone looking for property.
