From my very first exchange, correspondence and experience with the Redland group and specifically their employee Richard Callinan, I have been dealt with above and beyond all professionalism, always making me feel extremely valued and welcome and going the extra mile for me with any of my requests, queries and questions.

I enquired about various developments and resorts, and after fielding multiple questions from myself, I ended up purchasing not one but two properties with them, one in Georgia and one in Cyprus.

The ease of dealing with them, and like I say, made to feel very welcome and important is second to none.
And then I visited the Cyprus resort earlier this month and I was blown away by the resort, the staff there, the food, the drink, pools, the spa and the service in general.
The resort is absolutely fantastic and I’m so glad that I’ve purchased an apartment there.
I cannot wait to be able to take multiple trips and holidays there and offer it out to all my friends and family as well.

I cannot recommend this company and specifically Richard enough and I implore you to get in contact yourselves. 5Star rating!!! Very happy indeed.

Very efficient and good customer service providers

I dealt with Rick throughout the process and he made the process effortless. He was not forceful and allowed us to consider our options which one can imagine can be quite tricky when purchasing a property in TRNC. I was really impressed by how simple buying property through the company was. It was a quick process and Travis communicated clearly from start to finish. I would highly recommend their service.

At first was very sceptical because was online and via what’s app but knowing people who have had dealings with other legitimate companies via what’s app and realising this is the way many legitimate companies interact with clients now and after doing my research including on the company who had built my apartment who are a reputable property building/ development company with a long established portfolio and seeing that the MD of Redland Property Group was a board Member of AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals) an organisation set up to encourage legitimacy and best practice amongst property development companies abroad I decided to proceed . It was the best decision. As a business owner myself I Know your business is only as good as your employees and Travis has been Amazing and a great representative of Redland Property Group answering all questions I had (which were many) to show me that I was dealing with a legitimate and professional company who put their clients first and were in this for the long run (I will be buying through Redland Property Group again) . As a business owner myself I can not recommend Redland property group enough, if you are thinking of buying overseas speak with them yourself, do your own research and I know you will come to the same conclusion. They are a 5 star Company who give each client that 5 star treatment.
