Great service no hassle delivery within 4 days

Absolutely shocking ! Placed an order via eBay . The item did not arrive . Sent 3 messages to them and never replied back . Very misleading dispatch time and communication. I will never use this company again through lack of good customer service. I will have to take my case up with eBay

Ordered from these people on eBay, made to spilt the order but when they sent the items, it was in one box and two cans short.

As a 1st order it was well received.However,the lack of accurate delivery info was not pleasant.I eventually received a delivery date & time but not until 3 days after order was placed.The insurance info was very dictatorial & not required.

Red Label Outlet was able to send me, in a few days, this unique perfume and it was the original bottle... exactly as I remembered it.

I've had a terrible experience buying from this company on Ebay. Bought goods, paid instantly, received very good feedback and had notification that they had despatched my order. Time went by with no delivery so I contacted the company and they came up with a feeble excuse that the currier couldn't deliver these goods to my postcode area. Eventually I got a refund but the annoying part is that they are still selling these things. I wouldn't ever contemplate buying from this company again, I would use a more reliable firm.

Absolute joke, and blatant liers. I have placed a small order with them, the item description said "Hermes soap x3" and it cost around 30 quid. When it arrived, it turned out it was the price for one soap only, hardly an outlet price at all. I put it through PayPal, finally received the refund. Then about 2 months later I wanted something for the upcoming birthday of my son. Again Hermes, at good unit price. Ordered 2 of those. 3 weeks later, no sign of parcel, so escalated to Paypal again. In the open case seller has provided Paypal with tracking for my previous order which was delivered on 13 May. Too bad though, that the missing order was paid on 9 July. Thy must be operating a time machine. I should have known the first time round that they are scammers without any idea of how to run a business. Waiting for my PayPal refund of 114 pounds, which can takie up to 6 weeks. Avoid Red Label Outlet, they should be called Red Flag Outlets.

They have an box under delivery options that says free delivery which is already ticked on the checkout page. If you miss what it says or not change it to another type of delivery you will have unwittingly signed up to a subscription to a shipping company FSHIPP who will charge £29.99 per month. No advice from either company that you will be debited or any confirmation or warning notification about this shipping subscription. I only found out when I checked my bank statement and investigated what it was for. Not much chance of being re-imbursed by either company so ended up out of pocket £59.98 for ordering perfume. Absolutely disgusting. Have reported them both to Trading Standards.

Ordered Karl Lagerfeld 100ml EDT. Order accepted and my payment taken. Less than 48 hours later I received an email simply saying saying your order has been refunded. No reason or excuse!! Why offer to sell me a product, accept my offer to purchase...when you either don't have the product or are not willing to sell at the price offered. A SIMPLE reason for a cancelled order is courteous; no reason is very BAD service. STILL Waiting for my money back!!
