Not impressed

I bought a fragrance off this company. The atomiser is faulty I contacted customer service with the order number, they want a photo of the package it came in and the paperwork? Surely the order number should be sufficient? First and last time I buy from them

Brilliant

Brilliant! 1st time order. 100% authentic perfume. Packaged really well and received in perfect condition. Very happy with my new perfume plus 30 pounds cheaper than the same one I bought 2 months earlier. This one was for a back up and I'm sorry I didn't know about red label outlet sooner. Could have saved myself some money. I wholeheartedly recommend red label outlet. Thank you very much!
