I bought a fragrance off this company. The atomiser is faulty I contacted customer service with the order number, they want a photo of the package it came in and the paperwork? Surely the order number should be sufficient? First and last time I buy from them

Can’t return as window is closed
Ordered xmas present then when I went to wrap up I realised I’d bought the wrong perfume ….. contacted Tws Outlet but won’t accept return as the 30 day returns window has passed , disappointed that the return window wasn’t extended for xmas presents 😩
