Our order hasn’t arrived after two…

Our order hasn’t arrived after two weeks. We have left voice mail, sent emails and filled in the contact form with no response. Don’t know how to get any information on our order. Order number 5031 . Maybe we’ll get an update now?

No, it isn’t close to good enough.
1. Nowhere on your website do you say there are parts of the UK mainland you don’t deliver to. FYI we receive delivery via DPD regularly. Just not from you!
2.No email received on 30/04 about delivery issues.
3. No response to our voicemail.
4. No response to our email
5.No response to our enquiry via your website contact form.
6. No refund received as yet (08/05/26).
7. The only response we have had from you is the the dismissive and sarcastic reply below when we took the last resort and called you out here.
So UMMMMMMM, no it isn’t good enough.
Your customer service stinks, your attitude is unprofessional and your prospective customers deserve to know.

Order placed on the 26th April Our terms and conditions ask for 7 working days for delivery Due to weekend and bank holidays the 7th day was only up yesterday.
Delivery was to 100 miles above Inverness which means it can take longer to reach you.
However emails had been sent
26th April Sunday Confirm order
28th April order dispatched email sent with tracking
30th April email sent as courier contacted use re delivery issue
5th May Items returned to us due to no reply from you
7th May Order refunded due to lack of communications

I only went on the information supplied from DPD. as I am sure you know I dont have control over refund speeds I can only issues the refund as soon as possible as I had No reponse from you I am sorry you find the truth stinks

Hello as I explained Toady was the first email and chat we had from you ever. I responded to all your messages and emails you send when we received them within 30minsutes. I even offered a free return which we arent obliged to do. As our terms and conditions say we charge. I dont think we are that bad. Maybe you never sent the original emails? Otherwise we would have reposnded

Lovely gardening gift

Quick delivery. Lovely trug which I bought as a gift. Recipient delighted with it. Packaging was badly damaged tho. Thankfully item wasn't affected.
